Nothing but Vulgar, is how I would describe the standards of hygiene of this care company, internal cctv cameras don't lie. They dumped used incontinence pads on the floor of the kitchen, then when told about it the next day they put used incontinence pads in the kitchen bin which caused blow flies
to be present. They failed to change their gloves or wash their hands before preparing food for my Father after changing his incontinence pads. They even placed urine bottles containing urine on the kitchen worktop while preparing food wearing the same gloves they used to handle the urine bottles.......disgusting. A complaint was raised and photographic evidence provided to the company, yet they investigated nothing and ignored all correspondence. A complaint has been made to the relevant authorities.

All our carers receive comprehensive training, including the Care Certificate, online courses, and in-house sessions, and we conduct regular spot checks to ensure strict adherence to PPE and hygiene standards.

Concerns raised by families are always investigated carefully. In this case, internal reviews were carried out, and appropriate action was taken where required. While the reviewer mentioned discussions with external authorities regarding the referenced CCTV footage, no official investigations or any contact was received.
