The way my husband is cared for gives me total peace of mind, and sadly, having to go on this horrid journey, I cannot emphasise enough how important it is to be able to feel and have 100% trust in the care being provided.
I have never had any worries and, in fact, I have had no reason to contact the agency with a problem. The reliability of the carers and their caring nature allows me to relax, knowing my mother is in safe hands and I will be contacted if necessary. When I meet them, they have a good understanding of my mother's needs and wishes.

The care provided has been excellent and has been reflected in a reduction in infections and an absence of skin problems both of which had hitherto not been unusual. My wife is treated with warmth and respect; her care is provided with diligence and gentleness and most importantly, with necessary great patience.
Staff and management have been cooperative in facilitating flexibility in schedules to enable my wife to attend suitable events and thus maintain contact with the outside world.

The whole company have been really supportive right from management down to the team of staff that looks after me. The carers are very flexible when dealing with my needs and they always arrive in a professional manner. They are always happy and helpful. I enjoy chatting with them and they are all very kind. All the carers were on time, neat and tidy, very respectful and full of smiles. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were very helpful indeed as well as hard working. They made me feel they enjoyed their work and helping me.

My mother received palliative care from KD at her home in August 2022. The care she received was excellent, all the staff looked after her so well, with dignity and such kindness. It helped us, her family, so much in the safe knowledge that mum was in the best hands. She was made as comfortable as possible at all times and I can't recommend this care company enough!
The Company seems to operate to their own schedule and not what works for the client.
Many safeguarding concerns and training issues were raised without taking any appropriate action and this was after only being with the company for ten weeks in total.
Compared to their competitors they charge almost twice as much, for this price I expected a much better service!

All the team are very caring and treat my dad as if their own, the management team are inspirational and we cannot thank them enough.
I cannot praise the manager and her wonderful team highly enough! We were lucky enough to have them help us care for my sister-in-law over the past two weeks. I have been a nurse for 40 years and they cared for my relative as I would. They were caring/compassionate and patient with my relative, as well as being supportive to us as a family. When things got really tough the manager went above and beyond to help us when we didn’t know where to turn to for help! They are amazing!
