KD Healthcare Ltd - Burgess Hill provides high quality home care services to help people to remain as independent and to stay in their own homes.

The range of services includes, but is not limited to, performing general domestic tasks, support with shopping and providing companionship.

Often people need a little more help and when the need arises, KD Healthcare can also offer personal care. Personal care includes assistance with showering, getting in and out of bed and support with dressing. In addition, they can also help with mobility, medication and helping with meal preparation and cooking. When required the KD Healthcare Team can support shopping trips and attending appointments.

The main aim of the service is to support independence so each person can safely live the life they seek.

When situations present themselves, KD Healthcare can provide live in carers to promote remaining at home for as long as possible.

KD Healthcare Ltd is a nurse led service and has a dedicated team of qualified nurses to meet a range of needs and offers complex care for a range of conditions and nursing care to people in their own homes.

We've had KD Healthcare supporting is with night care since July 2025. In that time my wife has had excellent cae from all their staff and nothing seems to be too much trouble.
Its very comforting to me to know when I go to bed my wife is getting the best care possible.

The service and care provided by KD Healthcare are excellent; I would even go so far as to say they are exceptional.
The way my husband is cared for gives me total peace of mind, and sadly, having to go on this horrid journey, I cannot emphasise enough how important it is to be able to feel and have
100% trust in the care being provided.
I have never had any worries and, in fact, I have had no reason to contact the agency with a problem. In fact, I have come across people who have had horrendous experiences with care agencies, and I reassure them that they shouldn't have to go through it. I also share how our dealings with KD Healthcare have been so good.

Our two carers, who work alternate weeks, get on well with my son. They are very reliable, diligent and caring workers who listen to my son and are careful to do things they way he likes things done. Very happy with the service we get.

KD Healthcare has provided my wife's healthcare for several years and this review relates to the whole of that period.
The care provided has been excellent and has been reflected in a reduction in infections and an absence of skin problems both of which had hitherto not been unusual. My wife is treated
with warmth and respect; her care is provided with diligence and gentleness and most importantly, with necessary great patience.
Staff and management have been cooperative in facilitating flexibility in schedules to enable my wife to attend suitable events and thus maintain contact with the outside world.
Management are available, approachable, and responsive.

The whole company have been really supportive right from management down to the team of staff that looks after me. All the carers were on time, neat and tidy, very respectful and full of smiles. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were very helpful indeed as well as hard working. They made me feel they enjoyed their work and helping me.

The care teams are cheerful, diligent, and patient and care for my wife in a warm and gentle way, talking to her and laughing with her as much as she is capable of doing. They feed her and carry out skin care in a diligent but gentle manner.

My mother received palliative care from KD at her home in August 2022. The care she received was excellent, all the staff looked after her so well, with dignity and such kindness. It helped us, her family, so much in the safe knowledge that mum was in the best hands. She was made as comfortable as possible
at all times and I can't recommend this care company enough!

A caring company that doesn’t care!
The Company seems to operate to their own schedule and not what works for the client.
Many safeguarding concerns and training issues were raised without taking any appropriate action and this was after only being with the company for ten weeks in total.
Compared
to their competitors they charge almost twice as much, for this price I expected a much better service!
Having a been carer myself for the past seven years I was very concerned about the lack of basic training and bad practices the company undertook.

Dad was released on the 24th December and the service provided over the holiday period was, and still is, excellent.

I cannot praise the manager and her wonderful team highly enough! We were lucky enough to have them help us care for my sister-in-law over the past two weeks. I have been a nurse for 40 years and they cared for my relative as I would. They were caring/compassionate and patient with my relative, as well
as being supportive to us as a family. When things got really tough the manager went above and beyond to help us when we didn’t know where to turn to for help! They are amazing!
