Moreloved Care Ltd have been an excellent care provider from the first day they took on my care package. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the owner, the office staff and the carers. All my care needs are met by all carers I have had look after me in the last 4 years. My care package...
Moreloved Care Ltd have been an excellent care provider from the first day they took on my care package. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the owner, the office staff and the carers. All my care needs are met by all carers I have had look after me in the last 4 years. My care package is tailored to my specific needs. This includes carers being trained by district nurses to do my catheter maintenance twice a week. This is something I have only known Moreloved Care Ltd to provide. The carers are professional but also very kind, caring and supportive of all my needs, whether that is physical or mental/emotional wellbeing. This care company I would recommend to anybody looking for care in their home. Like the saying goes not all heroes wear capes. Moreloved Care Ltd are more than heroes.

They really do care! Mum is the happiest she's ever been with her care and is constantly telling me she has 2 lovely carers. Mum has dementia and is partially sighted and partially deaf so her needs are quite complex. After receiving what we considered to be inadequate care from 2 previous care...
They really do care! Mum is the happiest she's ever been with her care and is constantly telling me she has 2 lovely carers. Mum has dementia and is partially sighted and partially deaf so her needs are quite complex. After receiving what we considered to be inadequate care from 2 previous care companies, MoreLoved was recommended to us. We thought after our 2 previous experiences that all care providers were the same, but they are definitely not, from the office staff to the actual carers we have not a bad word to say about them. Communication is excellent and nothing is too much trouble.
Not only is Mum more relaxed and less stressed her family are too knowing she is being well looked after.
