My dad was declining fast. A phone call at 6pm resulted in Philip coming with two kind people to stay with him overnight and wash and look over him whilst mum and I got some rest. Then a fabulous career who was actually a GP in her home country came for the day and was also a delightful person. So happy we chose Timely Care in our hour of need.

Overall Experience
I have been Timely Care Solutions Ltd since coming out of hospital in 2021 and their support has been nothing shoot exemplary.
The service that TCSLtd have been providing is bespoke and in keeping with supporting my own my self advocacy through person centred care.
Each carer supporting me is caring, supportive and listens for my instructions, while providing a safe and respectful environment in my home. Each carer adheres to a person centred approach to care and support.

The management of TCSLtd is mindful of how my care is delivered and continues to update the training of their staff so that they are up to date with current trends in care which is always person centred in approach.
