First-class service with wonderful, kind, and professional staff. They were compassionate and nothing was ever a bother.
They cared for my bedridden mother-in-law for a year and a half and supported her and our family superbly.
Highly recommended.

Feel very let down. I had a few issues earlier this year and missed a couple of scheduled 1-1’s for my son. Next thing I received an email advising they could no longer support him. No questions asked if anything was wrong, just an email to advise support was being withdrawn. Would not recommend.

actual 1-1’s (there were a few in a very small period of time) were lovely. I feel the issue was with management.

I can understand that you feel let down that support was withdrawn, we do not withdraw from support without serious consideration or without prior consultation with the client and care management team.
Within the short period of time we supported, the client had consistency of staffing with one staff member supporting. Agreed support was cancelled by the client representative on several occasions, the staff member also attended at the house to support at agreed times and the door was not answered to gain access to support. We did endeavour to resolve this with the clients representative and other professionals but had to make the difficult decision to withdraw our services.
