CK2 care stepped in to care for my father after my mum died last April 2025. My expectations were exceeded in both the level of care and kindness shown to my father . I live 60 miles away and felt that I had people on the ground that were genuinely concerned with my father's welfare . Care was led by him and he looked forward to them arriving every morning . I received calls when they were worried about his health and they were happy to help out drop off urine tests and pick up essentials for him when needed. C2K is a family run company and this runs through the company front to back . Clare the owner did everything possible to help and advise me even arranging a hospital bed to be delivered when required and arranging last minute evening calls when my father's health deteriorated after a fall. This is the model of how care should be given to the elderly and I would throughly recommend them to anyone in need of help.

Recommended by GP to help care for my dad's legs. Initial meeting with CK2 at my dad's home. Explained this was first use of care help and that my dad reluctant to have help although much needed. Also we were unsure how to navigate the use of care and what it involved. We were given a lot of guidance, understanding and empathy for my dad as well as advice on other agencies which may be of help. My dad has been helped by CK2 since May 25 3 times a week and through patience of the staff he is now happy to accept the help. My dad's overall well being has improved and this with the help of all staff is a great relief to us. The communication via the app is brilliant as I do not live close to my dad and they were very quick to refer to the local District Nurse when they noticed he needed help with some medical issues. Care is provided with compassion and respect and the individual needs and circumstances of my dad are at the forefront of this.

Just completed a first month of care for my mum having changed company to CK2Care. Really delighted. I wish we had changed sooner. Quality of care is excellent, and my mum describes the carers as more like friends. Reliable, punctual and supportive. Thank you so much. I highly recommend your service to others.

The care we receive is fantastic. All the staff are very helpful and go beyond their duties to make sure the clients needs are meet. We received a beautiful complimentary dinner on Christmas Day which was delicious.

My dad had a full Christmas Dinner delivered to him on Christmas Day, it made his day! We live in Perth, Western Australia and it was so lovely for him to see a friendly face and have a face to face chat, whereas he would normally only speak to us on video chat. He has not stopped talking about how lovely his meal was and about the lovely lady who delivered it! Thank you CK2Care for all your hard work, empathy and support for the community.

This is the second time CK2Care have looked after my mother during our summer holidays. My mum is 100 and has dementia, with limited mobility. She was treated with the best care and dignity throughout as was my dad who lives there too. The girls always made time to ensure he was ok (he looked forward to their visits). Mum has lived with us for fifteen years and we were always nervous to leave her so didn’t have holidays, however now we feel confident and happy to leave Mum in the care of CK2Care. I highly recommend CK2Care.

Excellent service in all the care, had tried other companies with bad results. The company's policy is caring for all, they were always on time and able to adjust if things were not well and all with a smile. Husband had muscle loss but the girls were careful and he often managed a smile

This is a family-owned firm and I am treated as one of the family; with kindness and consideration. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Ck2Care are carers for a friend of mine who had a stroke in 2018. Without them, he would be totally on his own as I live over 200 miles away. We are very grateful for all the help they give him with shopping, domestic work and of course company. A chat and a cuppa tea always helps and of course, they keep me informed if he needs anything or if there are any problems. It's reassuring for me to know that there is someone there for him until I get home again.

The service supplied by CK2Care was wonderful. Our aunt really didn’t want to have carers in the beginning but grew to really look forward to the visits. She felt so looked after and safe with them. As a family, we can’t thank CK2Care enough.

This company of carers looked after our friend with complete dignity, and kindness and were constant for her last 12 weeks. That gave her comfort, guidance, company and dignity. management couldn't have given or cared more. Communication was excellent updating us almost daily after visits. They were trusted by our friend. When someone is at end of life the pathway is lonely, unlit, and unknown. These ladies took this unknown away from us. Their pastoral care was immeasurable at the time and since. They were truly a gift supporting NHS care, guiding us and their client through the choices that are available. Thank you.

I’ve seen the care provided by these lovely people on a first-hand basis not just my relative but others and they are absolutely brilliant. I've recommended this company to several people as in my opinion they are the best care company around. These people actually care for your loved ones and treat them like their own family.

We have been using CK2 Care since November 2022. The staff are caring, reliable and very committed to their job. They are also friendly and chatty and listen to my mum about how she likes/needs things to be done. I totally recommend them as a care company.

Having been let down by another company we contacted the manager who within a matter of days set up the complex care we needed, that was over 2 years ago and it’s still ongoing. The care we need for my mum has changed beyond belief but they have been there every step of the way to support and advise us on a wide range of things. The most notable thing is they always put Mum's best interests first. On every call, they do that as a matter of course and if that needs to deviate from the plan we are always informed. I am not sure where we would be now if it wasn’t for the incredible team at CK2 Care. The care they give enables Mum to stay in her own home despite her declining health. The use of the online app means we have access to all Mum's visit times and how she was etc and when they saw her, which is so reassuring and means we are constantly informed about how she is and any concerns. As a family, we have total peace of mind that Mum is safe and that is most important to us.

My father sadly passed but the family would like to thank CK2Care for the care given to him. They treated him with care, respect and patience. He looked forward to their visits as they were friendly and professional at the same time.We are forever grateful.
