Staff are friendly and polite. I have had to attend several hospital and veterinary appointments recently, and EVJ have managed to take me to them all in their cars, which has been of enormous help to me. They also do all my shopping for me. Manageress is very accessible and approachable. Seems to offer
a more personal approach than most other care agencies and are able to respond to emergency situations well, recommended if you are single, alone and have no support from other sources or services.

Had to use this care company twice so dar when I have been in clacton on sea on holiday with my partner and I must say this is the best care company out there. I had a lovely lady come out to me twice and she has made me feel at ease and relaxed will be definitely using this company whenever I am in
clacton and will recommend this lady to anyone who needs care in the local area.

Amazing ladies that came to our house for three weeks before my Dad was admitted to the hospice.
Very friendly and upbeat and made my Dad smile. He even sang along to their songs !
Three members of staff in particular were so professiinal and efficient.
VERY glad they came to the house twice a day
and can not thank them enough for making what was a difficult time so much easier.
Brilliant service and the loveliest ladies !!!

Following a series of poor healthcare providers for our dad, we were delighted to have found EVJ. They were caring, proactive in in assisting with dads ongoing care and kept us informed and up to date when medication was running low or items need attending to around the house. My brother and i live
some distance from my dad and it was reassuring to know we could rely on EVJ.

I would like to say how pleased we were with the care provided by EVJ Healthcare. The ladies used to come in three times a day to care for my mother-in-law, they were always so kind, patient, helpful and reliable. Nothing was too much trouble - it takes special people to have jobs like theirs.

I used EVJ for 1 hour a day for 10 days to help get my elderly mother out of bed, washed and dressed. The care had was very kind towards my mother. We were very impressed with the care she received and will definitely use EVJ Healthcare again.

I have had the best care from all members of EVJ Healthcare Team. The staff that have visited me are professional but also warm and friendly. I have had wonderful Ladies visiting me on a regular basis. This builds up a valued relationship. My two regular ladies are fantastic.

I have the same carer for close on 100% for the core hours, she is supported by very competent staff for additional hours. We know that support is also available at the end of the phone. Main carer very technically competent/knowledgeable beyond skills of a carer - very supportive. Maintains confidentiality.
Main carer has a happy infectious personality that soothes me when I get anxious (like a breath of fresh air).
