Overall the service my grandma has recieved has been 10/10

Mum has been using Helping Hands services for the past 5 months following a hospital stay left her needing some additional support. All the team have been excellent, not only do they provide confidence for personal care but also help Mum with the day to day tasks to enable her to retain her independence at home. For myself , Helping Hands gives me comfort in knowing that Mum gets a 'welfare check' every day as well as a friendly face to chat to and ensure all is well.

Helping Hands Carers are always there for my Auntie with just the best, most caring, above and beyond service that you can imagine. I'm so glad we found Helping Hands as their entire team are fantastic. They all truly care about my Auntie, giving extra time when it is required. My husband always says you get what you pay for, Helping hands are very very good value for money.

Nothing is too much trouble for the management team to arrange or address. Any problems are dealt with immediately and with positive outcomes. The carers are polite and treat Mum kindly and with care and respect.

All the care we received was outstanding. Always on time, nothing was ever too much for them to do. The carers were always very passionate about the care that they gave, always made time to sit and chat with them, and made the client feel relaxed and at ease. Dad always looked forward to them coming, they made him smile/laugh which made his day. I will always be thankful to them all for that.

Since he has come home they have been more than supportive and we have been able to relax knowing that his best interests are being cared for and we don't have to worry as much.

I had respite care while my family went on holiday. The care I received was wonderful. I had different carers come to me, but they were all lovely, helpful and caring. They made me feel comfortable with each one of them, which when you are not well, means a lot.

I cannot begin to even find the word to express how wonderful this care company actually is, from the initial enquiry right through to my grandma’s last visit, they have provided exemplary care. They have treated my grandma with the upmost dignity and respect throughout. To all the team, you have all been wonderful and an absolute pleasure to welcome into our grandma’s home. Thank you so much for everything you have done for her, and for us as a family. Grandma passed away peacefully and comfortable at home, and that was made possible by you all so thank you.
