I am very satisfied with service that Angel Care provide for my mum, the staff are very friendly and willing to help and are always prompt attending to her. They answer any queries I have ir will pass up higher if they need to. Overall very happy with the care provided

I cannot but praise the level of care given to my brothers needs and also found time
to feed his elderly cat.The carers always turned up on time and would contact me if they
encountered a problem and also the district nurse.

Things can be requested by staff but then aren't used, or a lack of cultural knowledge like long life milk is only long life until it is opened.
Language barrier can be a problem with some staff.
Overall, thoroughly happy with the staff who work hard. They contact me when dad's running low of an item, or there's a problem I need to be informed of. Great communication. Happy to recommend. Seem better managed now that the previous company is angel care.
