I honestly cannot praise this care team enough. A genuine 10/10. The carers who visit my father-in-law three times a day are absolutely outstanding. They are incredibly caring, attentive and personal - some are so wonderful with him that you would honestly think they were looking after their own dad. Nothing is ever too much trouble. If we call the office requesting a change, it is dealt with immediately. Ask the carers for something and there are no ifs or buts - they simply help. They are polite, professional and always work around our family home with complete respect. My father-in-law lives with us and we also have a three-year-old daughter, so their support has genuinely given our family some of our life back. Our little girl absolutely LOVES seeing them too! They make her feel included and have become such familiar faces that we genuinely treat them like part of our family. Huge credit must go to the management and training team for producing carers of this standard.

Looking for 24/7 respite care at home for my 86 year old mum for 2 weeks a few months after a stroke, Angelcare was recommended by a relative. The Care Manager was professional, kind, thorough assessing Mum's needs & very helpful, even coming to meet us on his day off. Communication was excellent. The carer herself could not have been better. I was nervous leaving Mum but the carer assured me that she would take care of Mum like a relative, not a client. She was amazing at her vocation. Not only did she care brilliantly for Mum, but she took her on trips out & they had a lot of fun together. I felt Mum was in safe hands & I really appreciated the updates and photos the carer sent me daily to reassure me while we were on our break. She was professional, calm, good-humoured, caring, friendly, kind & lovely. A gem who now feels like part of the family. I would not hesitate to recommend Angelcare & we hope to use their services again in the future. Thank you very much.

No one wants carers in their homes as it means help is needed to manage health problems - (so a review is hard to do) as it's a necessity. So all I can ask is for staff (all) to do their very best by attending to my requests.

Communication with Angelcare is very good,they will listen to you and organise anything that my mam needs.The carer's take time to have a chat with my mam which she really enjoys.The office staff are always polite and return calls quickly. There were a couple of issues at the beginning ,but these were quickly resolved . Im very happy with their service and would recommend them.

I have found all of the carers to be willing and helpful. They have completed the jobs required, and I suspect some they perhaps shouldn't have done. I found them very easy to talk to and have had some interesting talks. They have always been punctual and polite. I could not have asked for better.

Angel Care have recently starting supporting my mother in her home. Kingsley, Care and Quality Coordinator, made the assessment visit and was so kind, thoughtful, sensitive and professional. So far the ladies who have visited my mother have been lovely, helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. My mother really looks forward to their visits. We are very pleased with their support. Thank you.

I have used Angel Care for approximately 2 years so far and can only say positive things about them. The carers are so nice and polite and genuinely care about the person they care for. They are not just doing a job, they really show politeness, warmth and dignity in the job. I feel lucky to have them and highly recommend.

We have had care for my mum for the past 10 weeks ( ongoing care ) and the service provided by all of the staff carers and office staff has been second to none we have no complaints at all they are all such caring people and are happy to go above and beyond to make sure the patient is cared for in a kind considerate and caring way Thank you so much it is so reassuring to know mum is in good hands and communication from them all to me is great so I know if there is an issue I need to deal with

Up to present day I would describe our experience above adequate. Caring staff I find efficient and consciences. John does prefer male assistance during the evenings.

Very polite and helpful. Good at keeping tablets on track. Good at washing my mother. Good at chatting and keeping my mother company. Good at doing dishes and general cleaning around the house. A real sense of security.

Because of Ope we are very happy with the care provided as she is very efficient and caring in her role. Particularly when there have been issues during the change from one company to the new one.

I can't praise Titi enough. Had we had her at the start of the two weeks we would have requested to have her every time. All carers have been supportive but Titi took control and made my father's care seem effortless. If you have staff champions, then she should get this award. Please pass on our sincere gratitude to her.

I much appreciate the utterly professional treatment given to me by the care staff. As well as professional they are also pleasant, kind and willing, so it is an excellent experience. Management does well in advising of timing changes.

I am very satisfied with service that Angel Care provide for my mum, the staff are very friendly and willing to help and are always prompt attending to her. They answer any queries I have ir will pass up higher if they need to. Overall very happy with the care provided

Overall, thoroughly happy with the staff who work hard. They contact me when dad's running low of an item, or there's a problem I need to be informed of. Great communication. Happy to recommend. Seem better managed now that the previous company is angel care.
