I found the carers friendly efficient and kind. The carers make my meals they wash dishes and if I got something I think I like they give me them. I have not been able to have a bath for a year because of my circumstances but my carer gives me a bed bath and washes my hair and have never been so...

Professionalism is lacking in this organisation. I would not recommend their services. Staff was rude to mum and when complaint made to the manager, it wasn't dealt with at all, kept deflecting the issues and claimed victim.
