These carers have patients, which they have in abundance as my mother of 90 displays the traits of having a narcissistic personality disorder.
This leaves me and my extended family reassured.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're really pleased to hear that our carers' attentiveness and communication have helped you and your family feel reassured. Supporting your mother with patience, respect, and consistency is very important to us, and we're glad this is...
Having been looking after father for this long, I have never found any reason to complain and I would highly recommend Abbie and her Team.
I also find the team extremely flexible with any additional calls or requests. For example, covering of holidays etc. There are also other benefits, such as the APP for tracking visits and allowing me to see when a visit has taken place and any action that I may need to be aware of whilst I'm at work.
I have total confidence and complete peace of mind in the knowledge that my father is receiving the best care that he can. My father gets on well with his carers and is always happy to see them.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. It truly means a great deal to all of us at Elizabeth's Rose to know that your father has felt supported, respected, and genuinely cared for over the past three years.
I would happily recommend this company and the care and consideration they show is first class.

I have been very pleased with ERHC. All the carers are caring, professional, and have always helped me through some bad times, as well as good times. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Elizabeth Rose Home Care is the best company I've ever come across, in any area of my life. The staff are even more caring and compassionate than I ever realised people could be. They're so friendly, helpful, considerate, respectful, trustworthy and kind. They always go above and beyond, ensuring mum receives the best care possible. Mum's in end-of-life care and the carers have made her as comfortable as can be. They suggest ideas that can be implemented to improve the quality of her life even further. Looking at mum, her health has actually improved since the carers have been looking after her, even though she's terminally ill. Mum absolutely loves the carers. She's always so happy to see them and they make her feel so well looked after. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. I cannot recommend Elizabeth Rose Home Care highly enough. They are without a doubt, the best company possible to provide care for a friend or relative. I sleep easy knowing that mum is in such capable hands.
Thank you so much for such a kind and thoughtful review, This review has touched the hearts of all of us. It is an absolute pleasure to care for your mum and to give you that peace of mind. We fed your amazing review back to our staff in a team meeting last week.
What they do for my husband is wonderful, they calm him down as he doesn't like being turned over on his side. They wash him, shave him and wash his hair. I do not know what I would do without them.
I feel so much better and calmer in myself knowing that the carers are doing so much for my husband.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a kind review. It has been an absolute pleasure to meet you both and provide care to your husband.
A particular member of staff has been a brilliant help to my parents who both have physical and mental health needs. She is very personable and communicates really well with my dad especially who has Alzheimer's. She can put her hand to anything and is not phased by the situation she is confronted by. She is flexible, friendly and caring. We have confidence that she is providing excellent care to our parents.
Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely review. We will ensure this review is passed on to the amazing care worker who visits your parents.
We have used this service for the past year caring for my father who has been suffering from Parkinson's. The carers always showed respect and care for him and never rush him. We are now using the carers for my mum who has now started to need care. Cannot fault the service. Everyone is lovely and friendly, reliable and flexible.
Thank you for the lovely review. It has been an absolute pleasure to care for your dad and now for your mum.
Only been using the service for a few weeks but very impressed with showering care received. Treated with kindness and respect. All staff we have met are very friendly.
Thank you for your kind words and taking the time to leave us a review.
I have found the ladies visiting me very prompt on timing and caring willing to do little tasks such as washing up a few dishes, or putting washing on or putting it on cloths airer. If medication has not arrived they will visit the Chemist. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to my friends
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and such kind words.
The staff and management communicate well with me and my family. My carers are always cheerful and I enjoy their visits.
Carer was a breath of fresh air to our household, bringing not only great care skills but enthusiasm and zest for life. She also assisted with household chores that had been sadly overlooked due to my husband's illness.
Carers are very understanding and helpful. A pleasure to see them. No complaints at all.
The manager and her staff continuously strive in their healthcare and the welfare of my father. Having been looking after Dad for over eighteen months, there are no complaints and I would highly recommend the manager and her company.
I would like to thank all the wonderful ladies at Elizabeth's Rose Home Care. My wife has MND and the company they provided was second to none. They were all so professional and happy to help with anything she needed, which was a great boost for her morale. Thanks again highly appreciated.
I have been a client of several care companies since I moved to Maidstone and the company is by far the best! I have a rota showing who is meant to arrive when, and if someone is even 10 minutes late I am notified and if necessary a different carer is sent. This reliability is very important, not only to me but also to my family as they know I will always be cared for, so they can plan their days. All the carers are lovely but do what they are supposed to do - care. This is the only company that I would recommend.
We are extremely pleased with the professional approach of both the carers and management of the Home Care Agency. We are kept informed of any changes and contacted to ensure everything is to our satisfaction. The carers are kind and attentive, always cheery and carry out their duties to a high standard. Mum is always pleased to see the carers and enjoys their interaction with her. I have no hesitation in recommending this Care Agency, they have made our life a great deal easier caring for Mum.
I have used a fair few care agencies, this one is really good. You get the feeling they really care, and that it's not just another care agency running its business, it's more like a family. The Director and her team have been lifesavers, initially providing respite care, now providing my 91-year-old father with his three care calls a day. They have high standards and train their staff well. Nothing is too much trouble. You know you're in safe hands with Elizabeth's Rose. Well done!
We are very pleased with the management and staff. They are kind and caring. Not only help with the care for my husband, but I also receive good sound advice. Any queries regarding doctors, staff nurses the hospice. The management, are always able to help and support me. Mostly dealing with my queries and supporting me in these difficult times.

I have worked in care since 2015. I started out as a healthcare assistant in the community. As a child I always dreamt of being a nurse, however, once I started to care in the community my dream changed to wanting to have my own home care organisation. A care organisation that values their staff as much as their service users.
I worked hard and continued to progress in my career taking on new job roles and working my way to a registered care manager. I learned as much as I could before opening Elizabeth’s Rose Home Care as a family-run business.
I truly believe in offering staff progression and supporting them to achieve their goals whatever they may be.
In my spare time, I enjoy having days out and spending time with family and friends.
I enjoy taking on new challenges and working on different ways to overcome those challenges. I receive great satisfaction from helping others when in need. I find it very rewarding when I see my employees grow, whether that be in confidence or developing new skills. I am very proud to be the director of such a great team.
I like to be called Sam and I have worked in care for the last 17 years. I enjoy my job and find it can be very rewarding.
To me the thought of being able to make someone's day a little easier and brighter makes me feel good as well as being paid for it.
Outside of work I love spending time with my family, walking my dogs and being a mum to my wonderful daughter Shannon who is 18.
