My son has been with a few care teams, DCI in Torquay by far have been amazing with my son. Before i had the stress of endless phone calls. This has all stopped, great peace of mind as the staff and management team deal with every day problems.

Having studied nursing at Coventry University and worked within health and social care for over 20 years, Florence brings a wealth of clinical knowledge, leadership experience and genuine compassion to her role. She believes that outstanding care begins with listening, understanding each individual's needs and building meaningful relationships with the people DCI Care supports and their families.
Although she leads the organisation, Florence remains actively involved in its day-to-day operations and is known for her approachable, hands-on leadership style. She works closely with staff, supports service users whenever needed and is always available to provide guidance and reassurance. Even during busy periods such as Christmas and other public holidays, Florence is committed to ensuring continuity of care and supporting both clients and colleagues.
