Florence has helped shape a caring organisation where relationships, trust and compassion are at the centre of everything the team does.
Having studied nursing at Coventry University and worked within health and social care for over 20 years, Florence brings a wealth of clinical knowledge, leadership experience and genuine compassion to her role. She believes that outstanding care begins with listening, understanding each individual's needs and building meaningful relationships with the people DCI Care supports and their families.
Although she leads the organisation, Florence remains actively involved in its day-to-day operations and is known for her approachable, hands-on leadership style. She works closely with staff, supports service users whenever needed and is always available to provide guidance and reassurance. Even during busy periods such as Christmas and other public holidays, Florence is committed to ensuring continuity of care and supporting both clients and colleagues.
Her vision continues to guide DCI Care today: creating an organisation where every individual is treated with kindness, dignity and respect, and where staff are empowered to make a positive difference in people's lives every day.
