Paxigate Healthcare

I found Paxigate Healthcare to offer a first class service. They looked after my wife during a difficult and complicated illness. The staff always arrived promptly, were cheerful and knowledgeable. They took over caring for my wife from me and I felt able to relax and leave her in their capable hands. Their practical skill as carers made my wife's illness so much more bearable for her. They were always professional, contactable and we were very lucky to have found them.

I have no complaints at all. Whatever I ask the carer to do there is no problem.

I cannot recommend home care enough they are thoughtful, and caring in all they do. The staff and carers are very attentive in all they do. I have been with them for some time and I wouldn't change at all.

The care agency is extremely reliable, caring, paying attention to detail and always informing me of any concerns. They treat the client with respect, keep the home clean, and deal well with any difficult situations that may arise. They take good care of laundry, always folding and packing away carefully, ensuring the client is clean and well dressed. The client is fully at ease with them. Carers use their initiative, keep good records and are the best I've had experience of.

We have felt so lucky to have discovered Paxigate Healthcare. From the first meeting, we found them so very professional. Every aspect of care they offer gave us enormous confidence in signing up with them. Each carer who visits daily is so very kind and capable, they all give their time generously, keen to sit and talk with my dad which he loves and this certainly helps with him feeling less lonely. He looks forward to their visits and he says they have become his friends. The team of carers are very well organised and nothing is too much trouble. We are very happy to recommend them.

My dad started to have once-a-day care this year with Paxigate and it has been amazing. The manager is wonderful so kind, but also very professional and the carers are outstanding, they always go way above their expected role. My dad says that he appreciates their professionalism and enjoys their friendship. They are so reliable, kind, good communicators and compassionate. The service of the company is excellent.

We like it's a family run business and therefore very personal and caring. They take their time and the care received is excellent and just what we need. Very reliable and polite with good contact when needed. Pays attention to detail with a good standard of care.

After they came out and saw us they started coming in morning and evening and we are satisfied with the assistance that we get.

Having previously had experience over a ten year period of a small private company where the support ranged from non-existent to satisfactory, I can say without hesitation that Paxigate gives excellent care and support.

Paxigate Healthcare has been fantastic taking care of us and I would highly recommend a service it is good value and they treat us with dignity and kindness. She helps my partner who has dementia and helps around the house for me as well. I’m very happy with the way she does over and above what she needs to.
