Overall Experience

I have had very little issues with Angeni Support. The staff are brilliant very friendly and chatty, always treated with dignity. No major issues. No issues at all with the care and support provided. Happy.

Overall Experience
Unprofessional when operating a check system on their carers. The Manager could not see that he had done anything wrong when I spoke to him after he and a colleague visited my mother unannounced. He had a number of options that I highlighted to him but he still said he had a right to attend to do a spot check. He finally said sorry in our conversation, but I felt it was only to stop me from complaining after I had highlighted the dangers of two unknown men attending the home of a dementia sufferer.

I have now taken my complaint to Social Services.
