The care my husband receives is really good, they listen to his wishes for the day and work accordingly. I am informed of any problems arising and the staff are all brilliant, friendly and competent. Any issues can be raised through the app or texts. The rota changes a lot but that's the nature of the
job. I'm really happy with the company and have never had a complaint. Well done, always.
