Faith's Walk first became involved with this elderly lady with dementia when we needed four visits a day for six weeks to put eye drops in after a cataract operation. They enhanced her life so much that they stayed through the operation for the second eye and thereafter. They administered blister pack medication, microwaved meals, assisted with personal hygiene and, most importantly, provided company. This lady would not have been at home for the last year and a half if it had not been for the care Faith's Walk provided. There were many emergencies and shocks generated by this client along the way. Faith's Walk unfailingly stepped in and dealt with the situation. They escalated issues appropriately. They were always available at the other end of the phone and arrived in person at zero notice on more than one occasion when needed. The care workers are friendly, capable and trustworthy in my experience. Faith's Walk was also generous with their advice and support to me.
Thank you, it was such a pleasure caring for our client she will be so dearly missed by all her Carers and the Managers. Thank you for trusting Faith's Walk.
