My mother is very happy with her regular carers and those same carers do their job really well helping her with her morning routine and reminding her to eat and also reminding her to take her medication. The friendliness of the carers means a lot to my mother and for me it has been most helpful to know that she is being well looked after. On the occasion that I have had to contact the supervisor, any issues have been quickly and efficiently taken care of and I have been kept updated.

Great care team always on time and take time to chat with dad and anything he needs doing. It's only a small care team which is far better as he sees the same carers and gets used to them and they know his needs better than different carers coming and going. The owner is always available to contact and any problems she gets in touch. I would recommend this company

I chose X-Spect Care & Attention after speaking with them about the service I would need, they listened and went above and beyond for my parents delivering care to a very high standard, they spoke with her constantly which in turn improved her speech and took the time needed to complete all care needs, the team have always kept me informed if they had any concerns.
