Genius Care

Genius Care provided the best loving care for my friend for 2 and a half years - initially as home visits and then for 20 months as live in carers. The comparison to the previous carers she'd had was like night and day. On commencing the live-in arrangements they said they wanted to make it like a mother-daughter relationship. This underestimates the true, loving and lasting family bond I feel we all developed. All staff from management to carers are genuine, loving, caring people who truly want the best outcomes for everyone involved. My friend's last couple of years were the absolute best they could be because of the commitment of Genius Care staff to go above and beyond what I believe anyone would expect. Their professionality and attention to detail is paramount, and even so for me it's their genuine connection on a human level with clients and loved ones that marks them out above the rest. I can never thank them enough and am so glad they were and always will be part of our lives.

Genius Care have provided reliable.services to my wife who has Parkinson's disease for more than 12 months.The carers are kind, caring and very respectful and professional in their approach. Have no hesitation in recommending them.

Genius Care also provides a sitting service which allows me a couple of afternoons each week to have a break away from home, I have always felt very confident in each member of staff that has been assigned to sit with my husband knowing they would take great care in my absence. Thank you.

I was delighted with the care given to my mum. Carers were respectful and attentive, often going "the extra mile", for example, ringing later in the day after a morning visit when mum hadn't felt well, and more recently, visiting her in hospital. Communication between myself and Mum's carers was easy and I always felt she was really well looked after. I can't thank Genius Care enough.
