My experience at KEPA Care Solutions is excellent, the staff are friendly, they are approachable and always helpful. KEPA home is in good condition and is always clean. There are lots of activities and events, it does feel more like a real home than many other places and I am so happy.

Excellent service from this provider, always has my son's needs at the forefront of everything and if I have a query they are always on hand to help with any issues I have. My son has lived with Kepa for 2 years nearly and he enjoys the interaction with the other housemates.

Staff is friendly and looking after the client. The client is going and spending time with the staff. The staff is changing him and providing him with the food which we are sending with my son. He stayed there from morning until 16.00 hours.

My son has been with KEPA Care since 2021 and the management and staff have given him high-quality therapeutic care.
Communication between the staff and management with my wife and I has been exceptional and they have built up a great relationship with my son who thoroughly enjoys his time being there.
The
staff always seem happy and well motivated and it's clearly well run.
The team are led by a highly qualified social worker who has a passion for care and doing it the right way.

My son has lived in the property for the past two years and I can hand of heart say, that's his home. The staff are warm, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They genuinely go above and beyond, nothing is too much trouble for them and most importantly they do it all with smiles on their faces. My son
has a timetable of interesting, exciting and educational activities that he enjoys (it's all very client-centred and individual). The residents aren't all lumped together and shipped about, instead, the staff carefully considers which activities each client/resident benefits from and enjoys. My son has challenging behaviours, yet the staff are there every step of the way keeping him and others safe, reassuring him. They all know him and genuinely care for him. The management is always there, supporting not just the staff, but us as his family. This home has been a lifesaver not just for my son, but us as his family. He's very happy and that's all thanks to Kepa Care.
