My son has been a resident for the past 2.5 years. To say I was pleased with the care 2.5 years ago is an understatement and I didn't think it could improve, but somehow they have. The staff are incredibly caring and supportive, the home is always super clean. The management are warm, communicative and welcoming. I'm glad my son is happy and I know he's safe, happy and well looked after. His social calendar is full of activities. It truly is a beautiful place for him to live and flourish.

Staff is friendly and looking after the client. The client is going and spending time with the staff. The staff is changing him and providing him with the food which we are sending with my son. He stayed there from morning until 16.00 hours.

My son has been with KEPA Care since 2021 and the management and staff have given him high-quality therapeutic care. Communication between the staff and management with my wife and I has been exceptional and they have built up a great relationship with my son who thoroughly enjoys his time being there. The staff always seem happy and well motivated and it's clearly well run.
The team are led by a highly qualified social worker who has a passion for care and doing it the right way.
