My son has been a resident for the past 2.5 years. To say I was pleased with the care 2.5 years ago is an understatement and I didn't think it could improve, but somehow they have. The staff are incredibly caring and supportive, the home is always super clean. The management are warm, communicative and welcoming. I'm glad my son is happy and I know he's safe, happy and well looked after. His social calendar is full of activities. It truly is a beautiful place for him to live and flourish.

Excellent service from this provider, always has my son's needs at the forefront of everything and if I have a query they are always on hand to help with any issues I have. My son has lived with Kepa for 2 years nearly and he enjoys the interaction with the other housemates.
Staff is friendly and looking after the client. The client is going and spending time with the staff. The staff is changing him and providing him with the food which we are sending with my son. He stayed there from morning until 16.00 hours.
My experience with Kepa Care has been excellent. They have been able to understand my daughter's needs and meet her needs accordingly. The staff and management are brilliant and very responsive to any issues.
Communication between the staff and management with my wife and I has been exceptional and they have built up a great relationship with my son who thoroughly enjoys his time being there.
The staff always seem happy and well motivated and it's clearly well run.
The team are led by a highly qualified social worker who has a passion for care and doing it the right way.
He really enjoyed it because he got to do fun trips and activities while he was there. His independence had got a little improved and I'm proud of that. He really enjoyed it. Hope everything is ok because he really enjoyed it there.
