Sleep-in nights are available for clients who require a low level of support during the night. The duration and arrangements for sleep-in care can be flexible, so please contact the team for further information.
If the care professional is required to support the client for longer than 30 minutes during the night, this will be charged at the full hourly rate. If support is required on more than three occasions during the night, the service will be charged as a waking night.
Waking-night care is available for clients who require ongoing support throughout the night. The care professional will remain awake and available to meet the client’s care needs. Waking nights are generally provided over a 12-hour period and charged at the applicable hourly rate. However, arrangements can be adapted to meet the client’s individual needs.
Live-in care is available for clients who require or prefer 24-hour support in their own home. The care professional will provide support throughout the day and sleep in a spare room overnight. I am happy are my care I had hoped to have 9am get up but care gets to 9.45 sometimes which is too late.
Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that you're happy with your care overall. We've reviewed your call times and can confirm that your carers arrive between 9:00 and 9:20 a.m., depending on how the calls are set on the rota. We do our best to accommodate preferred times, but occasional...
I have used this service for well over a year and found it excellent. The people are all trained and I am very comfortable with them and they are good listeners. I dont see family often and think of them as family.
My wife is bedridden and not the easiest of people to get on with, and we have been together over 40 years so I know how she can be. She was very against being cared for at the start, to the point that she was rude, but the team of carers that she has are fantastic and love and trust them as much as family. When I hear them in with her, I hear joy and laughter, which is most important for lifting her spirits. They are accommodating and can switch shifts if we have to go out early or come back late. I can not fault them in any way, They are my angels and yes men are angels too. I cannot recommend them too highly.
Her carers are exceptionally hard working, truly dedicated, have a sense of humour and lovely warm smiles.
I am watching with delight as my friend is steadily becoming more relaxed & more confident, indeed she changing from having been depressed to becoming happy. I am certain that this change is largely due to the exceptional life-changing care that she is receiving from the crew at Innovative Start
Both management & carers go over and above the call of duty, combining the wonderful traditional ethos of tender loving care with up-to-the-minute knowledge and skills.
I can't recommend them highly enough.
For fantastic care, Innovative Start is where you must start. This company has been nothing but exceptional, with care, consideration and planning for the service users' needs. Highly recommend, would use it again.
All good. Excellent.
The carers and management of Innovative Start have been absolutely amazing, giving my son the best end-of-life care he could possibly have. We are grateful for their care, help and support.
We are very pleased with the service we receive. Everyone is always very kind and pleasant.
We have been so pleased with all the carers at Innovative Start, they have come into the family home and engaged with us all. The care they give to my husband is kind, compassionate and tailored to his needs. The management team take on board any changes we might need to make to visits and timings and have been so accommodating and thoughtful to our situation. They are invaluable to us.
The home care is superb and excellent. They are caring and pampering carers. Very thorough in their work. Makes lovely tea and toast and whatever I like in food. Clean my kitchen. Throw away my pads. Clean me. Perfect. I will definitely use Innovative Start, all take time, well mannered, nice to talk to and good timekeepers. The top person is amazing and holds everyone. The top person is caring, kind and bends backwards to please you. They are all fine, very good.
