Our sleep-in nights are for clients who require low level support throughout the evening. The carer would be expected to sleep in a spare room for most of the night with 2 or less disturbances. The length and details of the sleep in can be flexible so please enquire for further information. Please note: - If the carer is required to tend to the client for longer than 30 minutes during the night this will be charged at the full hourly rate. Additionally, if the carer is required to tend to the client for more than three incidences during the night then this will be charges as a waking night.
Our waking nights are for clients who need ongoing support throughout the night. The carer would be awake and available for any care needs throughout. These are generally based on a 12-hour period and are chargeable at our hourly rate but can flexible to meet the client's needs.
Our live in care is for clients that require/ wish for 24-hour support within their home, the carer will provide all support needs throughout the day and then sleep in a spare room overnight. Live in carer needs to be given £60 a week for the provision of food and carer's consumption. Live in care can look very different for each client so please have a discussion with us to get further details.
