Four carers started caring for Dad from approximately February 2022 to January 2023 in this period of time my dad, sister and I got to know them very well. Dad had Pulmonary fibrosis and had complex needs. This involved him being on large amounts of home oxygen, regular nebulisers some of which were antibiotics and difficult to administer. We liaised regularly with Regal Care Service regarding Dad's changing needs, my sister and I work full time and when we couldn’t be there Regal were very adaptable to fit in. They took care of all Dad's needs professionally not only for personal care but time to have a chat, they always went above and beyond even washing up and pushing a hoover around, they were sensitive and caring, my sister and I will be forever grateful for the care they gave to Dad .

They have always proven to be a very reliable and professional company. Their care staff always displayed a high level of care and competence in their work. Furthermore, they always showed respect towards myself and my family whilst they were in our home.

I can genuinely say, I’ve always felt safe and secure whilst in their care, and it was a true pleasure to work with such friendly and caring individuals.
