I have peace of mind knowing my dad is well looked after.

On the whole, my experience with Home-Care Perfection is good most of the carers are excellent. They are very kind and understanding with my Mother who has dementia and is quite challenging. She seems to be quite happy with most of them.

My wife has Alzheimer's, she finds it difficult to do most things. The support she receives is excellent. My wife gets stressed out, the carers calm her down when they arrive.

I find the service good to fair but I do think it would be better if a daily message was sent to me to tell me how my mother is because she has dementia some days she says nobody came or I got no food, so it would give me peace of mind to know these things. Hope this helps improve your service.

My mum gets on so well with her carer. She is always willing to do anything mum needs. According to Mum, she would give her 5*. Knows how to cook mum's kind of food.
Just 1 male carer who didn't understand how to support mum with food etc. All other carers do what they can to help and support Mum.

Home-Care Perfection have been providing care for my mum for 2 months. She has severe paralysis from a stroke and Alzheimers. This company is outstanding in all areas. The management are caring and professional, the carers are likewise respectful and gentle with my mum. Any small issues have been resolved
quickly due to the excellent communication between the family and the management team, and also carers are provided with outstanding training. My mum had been left in pain on multiple occasions by her previous care company, but since the day this company took over, she has had almost no pain and no infections.
The carers ensure they get my mum comfortable. She is always happy with the professional friendly service she receives. Her home is always left clean and tidy.
Before finding Home-Care Perfection we had lost hope that any home care company in Bradford would have the competency to be in the care industry. We cannot thank the management and their team enough for their hard work.

On the occasions I have been visiting Mum when carers have attended they have always been polite and friendly.
Mum when I have asked has said they are fine but she cannot always remember their visits. She has on occasion said one carer in particular is always talking on the phone in a foreign language
but I have reported this and it was very promptly dealt with by the office.

Kind and compassionate!
Home-Care Perfection has been looking after my husband's care for six months. It is so important to have continuity of carers and his wonderful, kind, and professional team do their utmost to ensure his complex needs are met, always treating him with dignity and compassion,
they have become part of the family.
Looking after my husband can be a challenge, his warm and caring team have stepped up when I am struggling and are there for me too, nothing is too much trouble, I really appreciate all their support.
The team are provided with ongoing training to ensure they are up to date with all elements of my husband's care. They log all his care tasks on an app which I can view, this allows me to keep my own records up to date, which is another vital element in Dennis’s care. When I have contacted the office, I have always received a timely response, dealing with any issues that arise or when requesting additional cover.

Rather than settling for mediocrity, I used these experiences as inspiration to set a new standard for local care. Home-Care Perfection is a business that meets these high expectations by never losing sight of our service users’ needs. Our principal belief is that when it comes to supporting your loved ones in their time of need, nothing short of perfection will suffice.

I have approximately 30 years of experience in the care industry, and I can genuinely say I have loved every minute of it. I have worked in various roles, starting as a care assistant and progressing all the way up to Registered Manager. My current role at Home Care Perfection includes regularly monitoring the service, ensuring it runs safely and effectively for our clients, and complying with industry legislation, if not exceeded.

When a client takes that first step towards their independence, that is an accomplishment for them and myself, I helped to get them there. Most days I go home thinking I have achieved something today, this acts as my motivation to go back the next day and do it all again.

I got great joy out of being able to help them gain access to the community, and it was very rewarding. I loved being able to provide the best person-centred care to tailor to their specific needs. My current role at Home Care Perfection is Admin / Compliance Officer, the duties I complete include making calls to clients or their families every month to see if everything is ok and to the staff to see if everything is ok with them.
