My dad has been with this company over 12 months I can't fault them at all they provide everything he needs and any problems are sorted with the office his two carers are Anna and Dan they are brilliant as well as the other carers that visit him includes Monika . We have had issues with other companies before but can't fault ideal care at all
My daughter has two sessions a week with her support worker. They go for walks, coffee, shopping etc, lots of chatting and social interaction. The support has been in place since the autumn and has been invaluable, without it life would be so much harder. It works well for my daughter and also gives me peace of mind, she has someone other than me keeping a gentle eye on her and flagging up any possible problems.
