Overall Experience
The service given by this company was excellent, from beginning to end. The carers were kind, thoughtful, caring and very attentive to all my father's needs no matter what they were. The Three Roses Carers were there 24/7 and I knew if I was not getting a clear picture from Dad on the phone I could call them and they would put me straight with regard to his situation any day. It gave me the comfort of knowing that he was being totally taken care of, all the time I was not able to be with him. For that, I am truly grateful. THANK YOU!
I would also like to add they sat and chatted with him listening to his reminiscing of days and times long ago just as any family member or friend would do. His last days and hours were fully taken care of by a lovely lady and I can't thank her enough. The entire service did all they could to make my father's last months, weeks, days and hours as bearable as they could be.

I would have no hesitation to recommend this company. Thank You All!

Overall Experience

I want to thank the staff for the amazing care they provided my Nannie over the last few months. We all were extremely pleased with the care one carer, in particular, provided my Nannie. The care and love shown to her during her time at Three Roses, gave us the peace of mind she was being well looked after and loved, taking lots of pressure and worry off the family during a difficult time. When Nannie was on her final days, this carer was due to have time off but stayed to care for and comfort Nannie. We couldn't thank the service enough for their care, love, professionalism and support for both Nannie and ourselves. Thank you very much.

Overall Experience

The care that Three Roses has given my grandmother over the past few months has been exceptional. The manager and her team showed professionalism and care throughout a very emotional time for the family! Highly recommend this Care company, nothing is ever too much trouble, they always made time for us and treated Nan with lots of respect and dignity!

I cannot fault the care and support that Three Roses gave my mum, for the past few months.

The manager and her team were always on time, very friendly and helpful. They always have time for you as a family through difficult times. I recommend Three Roses for care for your loved ones.
