LJ Sure Mercies Care

We have been using LJ Sure Mercies for over a year and would highly reccomend them. They provide a great service with impeccable manners. Their friendly carers come in smiling each time, with friendly touch. Much appreciated.

LJ Sure Mercies provided excellent home care support to my mother in her own home. They were responsive and quick to come out to do an assessment, and then flexible with changes, increasing and decreasing the number of visits as required. The carers were professional , reliable and prompt, and patient with my mother, who valued their support hugely as it meant she could remain at home for many months.

I reached out to LJ Sure Mercies Care on a recommendation from a friend. I was seeking urgent care for my elderly neighbour. The team came out that evening to meet us and agreed to start the next day. I immediately felt reassured by their calm professionalism, kindness and commitment to do the best for my neighbour. Communication and collaboration have been fast and easy. Everyone is friendly and positive. They're making a huge difference to the well-being of my neighbour and building a trusting relationship which is keeping her safe and proactively anticipating her needs.

We have been very pleased with the excellent service received. The carers are always cheerful and professional. They are punctual and provide a very caring service. My Dad looks forward to their visits. Nothing is too much trouble.

I was not at all keen on having carers, in fact, I was very unhappy about the idea but the team won me over on the first visit! They have improved my life by no end. LJ Sure Mercies Care looked after my elderly neighbours for 18 months. They were reliable, always turning up at the correct time each day, very friendly and treated them both with care and dignity. The staff also used their initiative, getting on with what they could see needed to be done, were very knowledgeable about care and the care system and gave excellent advice. They were flexbible to happily attend additionally on a very few occasions when extra help was required. We are very thankful that our neighbours found such excellent carers.

Excellent care shown to my father, took an interest in the things he likes to aid conversation and make him feel well cared for and gave us peace of mind. Staff very reliable and punctual. Flexibility on call times when needed.
