B24 Healthcare Solution

My mum has been receiving care from B24 since December 2025, every staff member has shown care and attention to my Mum. Carers demonstrate a professional attitude at all times.
We have challenging family dynamics and I am grateful that they ensure Mum is safe and cared for and that she is always the focus of their attention.
The manager aims to provide continuity and consistency which really helps Mum who was reluctant to accept care, she now looks forward to seeing her regular carers and she has confidence in their ability to care for her.

This is so important to us as a family as she has dementia and is so very vulnerable.

B24 have provided regular care for my sister for the last few months. The care and compassion shown by the manager and my sister’s carer have been outstanding. B24 have bent over backwards to meet our needs and provided specialist care. Being a nurse in the community myself, I know how difficult this level of care is to find!
I know that I can trust B24 to provide personalised care of a very high standard which is very reassuring.
