The manager and the team are absolutely wonderful. My great-aunt who is turning 104 in March is extremely well looked after, the ladies do a great job of finding their own cover which makes life very easy for me and we appreciate them all so much. Thank you. Would recommend the team to anyone needing
carer assistance.

T & D Home Care have been providing support to my elderly mother, who has advanced Alzheimer’s, for a couple of years now. The carers mainly come for several one-hour periods to support an existing team of 24-hour carers with manual handling and personal care, but they also frequently do all-day or
overnight care when the existing team are on holiday or unwell. They have become an important part of my mother’s comfort and enjoyment of life, providing reliable, competent, kind, supportive, thoughtful and sensitive care. The manager is very responsive and available and has made some important suggestions to help my mother that the whole team has taken up. I’m very grateful to them all.

We started the care in January/February 2022. We are thoroughly impressed by the service from the manager and the team. The ladies are all very friendly and the carer who comes the most has got a very good relationship with my partner. I would recommend them highly. They all speak English very well
and have no problems with communication.
