Our dear late brother received outstanding care from his carer and her wonderful team, the support that they also provided for our family was a tremendous comfort to us. We cannot thank them enough for their care, compassion and professionalism. They helped us through a difficult and emotional time.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding care provided by Top Option during one of the most difficult times in our lives. From the very beginning, the team demonstrated an extraordinary level of kindness, professionalism and compassion that brought comfort and dignity.
Every caregiver
who entered our home was not only highly skilled but also deeply empathetic. They took the time to understand our loved one's needs, preferences, and personality, treating them with the utmost respect and gentleness. Their presence was calming, and their support extended beyond the patient to our entire family.
What stood out most was their genuine compassion - they didn't just provide care, they provided comfort and emotional support. They were always punctual, attentive, and responsive, ensuring that every aspect of care was handled with excellence and sensitivity.
We will always be grateful for the peace and dignity they helped bring to this chapter of our lives.

To whom it may concern
We, as a family of a 91 year-old lady, could not have wished for a better team to provide end of life care in the home. From the moment the manager rang me two days before Mum was discharged from hospital the caring bond was obvious. Top options provided seamless care from the
moment mum arrived home from hospital until the day she died nearly 3 weeks later. They are a highly professional, compassionate and understanding team. The 24 hour day consisted of 2×12 hour shifts (awake day and night) and a further 2×30 minute visit for personal care, feeding and making mum comfortable.
The team were fun and hardworking showing empathy, respect and understanding of the family's wishes. Always punctual, making notes/reporting to the manager with any concerns or worries.
The manager was a tower of strength, ringing the family every couple of days to ensure we were happy/needed anything changed and would visit her team in situ if necessary.

We cannot fault the care that Mum is receiving all the carers are compassionate and caring. Mum enjoys having them in her home. The communication is very good and we are kept informed of any issues that may arise. we would always recommend them.

Just like to say that all the carers that come to Mum always do their best and give her company while they are there which lifts her spirits, so the support is there physically and mentally. We appreciate everything they do.
