My brother and I were very grateful for the compassion, care and kindness shown to my mum. My mother said that the carers "really are angels" and she was very grateful for everything they did for her.
The carers are caring, respectful and friendly. They know exactly how to do their job and can handle any situation with reassuring confidence, which is exactly what you need with a care company. Not only do they provide excellent care, but they are tidy and clean and they look after your home too. They are always there when you need them or need to change care times.
The level of communication is excellent and the management contacts you immediately if you contact them.
I can highly recommend Amazing Angels to care for your loved ones!
Overall we as a family are very satisfied with the care provided by the Amazing Angels care team. All the carers are friendly and polite and treat Mum with respect, patience and kindness. They are punctual to the times agreed on the care plan and complete the agreed tasks with diligence and a smile. They demonstrate respect for Mum's privacy when required and also treat all property with care. There is good communication between family, care providers, and management and any issues raised are addressed promptly.
The care and attention she received from all the staff was excellent and Mum looked forward to seeing them every day. I have no hesitation in recommending the company, whether that be the ladies who came and looked after Mum or the people who worked in the office.
They definitely lived up to their company's name, they are all “Amazing Angels”.
This was the best company that I had to look after my father with Alzheimer’s in his own home, they were very kind, caring and knew how to deal with his needs, but make him smile whilst doing so. I had been present and witnessed this many times.
