Very pleased with the care my father receives from all the carers who attend to his needs. Very punctual. The staff are smart clean and friendly. Always make the time to chat with him and ask him about his day.
Ask if there is anything else he needs before they leave. Secure the house before leaving.
Great service.

We are really happy with the care our mother receives from Whites, all the staff are warm and caring and deliver a great service. Mum loves the care she receives and loves all the staff, they do a verified job from bathing to putting the washing on and taking it out the dryer for her. They always leave
the kitchen clean with dishes washed and put away. They always call me if they are worried about mum and stay with her till I can get there. The Management and team do a marvellous job and would recommend them.

Overall Experience 4.0 out of 5
A caring, considerate, trustworthy and empathetic company towards my mum and myself.
Good communication, responsiveness and reliable during every stage of my mum's health situation, mentally and physically.
Feedback from my mum and no doubt for most people in the same situation of care is that
the carers for whatever reason are not always able to arrive at their homes at the times they are requested and expected.
As my mum and other customers in the same situation do not understand the complexities of the role and needs of clients before them this often causes frustration for my mum.
However, this company is usually very good at letting my mum know if they are going to be late.
I think my mum and I have a professional and friendly relationship with Whites Company Care.

We have found the carers to be kind, caring and compassionate, doing their best in at times very tricky circumstances as the recipient of the care can be a very demanding and difficult person. Some of the staff go above and beyond, thank you

I find the carers are kind, compassionate and understanding of my needs and will go that extra mile. If I have a problem with my mobility they are more than willing to help me. On occasions, if there has been a problem with the schedule of arrival times then management listens to my concerns and makes
the necessary adjustments. I have already recommended this company to friends and will continue to do so.

Everything is good, staff are lovely, just wish it would be easier if you could choose male or female carers to help with how people feel around them and what care they receive. Thank you very much for all they do.

The team went above and beyond our expectations. They dealt with Mum sensitively, addressed all her needs and ensured she was able to live at home for as long as possible. Additionally, they communicated well with us (we live some distance away) and were honest when the time came for full-time care.
We were blessed to find them and will miss them.

The team have been instrumental in enabling our elderly relatives to be able live at home having struggled with being in a care home.
The compassionate, supportive, flexible, practical, problem-solving, attention to detail, professional and thoroughly empathetic approach of the whole team is incredible.
Their focus and drive to provide excellent care is second to none, could not recommend them highly enough.

Excellent care and support from the team at Whites, they offered a real individualised package of care for my auntie, in her own home. Would highly recommend for that personal touch with caring for loved ones. Thanks to the staff for being a great support, during this difficult time.

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.854 for Whites Community Care (Belper) is calculated as follows: ( (41 Excellents x 5) + (7 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 48 Ratings = 4.854

    The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Whites Community Care (Belper) is based on 8 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 + 0.25 + 0.1 + 0.1 + 0.1 = 4.8
