The care agency (management) are very responsive to any requests, communication between staff, management, and myself is efficient. The care workers are all lovely, mum is treated with respect and dignity, and yet they are able to encourage her to have a thorough wash. It gives me peace of mind knowing that someone is keeping an eye on things when I'm busy at work.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback i will ensure to pass on to staff :)
I have always found the office staff have been helpful and courteous. The carers who do the 2 hours break that I have met when visiting my mother have always engaged well with her and are friendly and polite.
They are good as working as a team and very polite and do an amazing job.
The service Nightingale Homecare provides is second to none and are always available in any emergency situation and easy to contact.
Thank you so much for your amazing feedback. I will pass this on to the team x
The office staff are always very helpful and pleasant.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback, i will ensure the staff receive this.
The carer is always polite, friendly and extremely professional. They always ask if my mother wants or needs anything. There has been times when thay have gone above and beyond what is expected of them. Great service thoroughly recommend them.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. I will pass this amazing review on to the staff
Wherever possible a regular carer comes so they know the routine and things go smoothly. Some sit and chat when regular tasts completed and one in particular goes beyond the range of duties eith her kindness and efficiency. However, occaisionally a carer does the minimum required, does not consult the list of duties pinned to the kitchen wall and while friendly does not chat to mum.
Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention, this will be looked into. And thank you for your honest review.
My husbands last wish was to die peacefully at home. This was only made possible by the wonderful nightingale ladies. There doesnt seem to be enough words to thank them, for their care + compassion during this sad time, not forgetting the comfort and support they gave me + the family. Thank you Thank you.
Thank you so much for your kind words. He will be truly missed. Take care
Very good, competent care received for my husband each morning. Great care was taken with him as he was very frail. Sadly now deceased.
Thank you so much for your kind words. I will ensure all the staff aware of your words. Our deepest respect for your loss.
Have been using the service since the summer of 2024.
The app is so useful and informative. Social media messages are a great backup.
We left a handover book so that we could leave notes for the carers and they would respond and leave messages and notes for us - fab 2 way communication which helped all of us.
Would I recommend them - yes I would.
Thank you so much for your kind words, thank you for everything you did to support our care team.
Always been happy with all my carers. They have been coming to me for over a year. I have improved in my health 100% since they have been caring for me.
Thank you so much for your feedback, its so amazing to hear feedback like this!
We are very happy with the home help my dad is receiving from Nightingales. He does have his favorite carers which he hopes will become more regular, however, we understand that this is not always possible and the main thing is that he is supported as consistently as possible.
Thank you so much for your feedback. We have spoken with dad and are putting this into place. Thank you for choosing Nightingales Homecare as a service provider.
The carer who came to my husband yesterday 28th October was absolutely superb in every way. Kind, caring, observant, humorous. Just commendable in every possible way. A huge thank you to her and to you and all your carers.
Thank you so much for your feedback. I have passed this on to the care team. Thank you for choosing Nightingales Homecare as your provider.
Good - having transferred from another provider which had many faults. I would prefer to receive a schedule but I understand how visits can be cancelled at the last minute due to illness or transport problems etc.
They have given us peace of mind in a time when we were unable to care for my mother after her stay in hospital.
Nothing is ever too much for the carers/management of this company!
Before they existed we used a different company - who frequently changed their arrival times and carers. Their head office seemed to never be contactable and the carers spent most of their time on the telephone while trying to cater for my mother's needs!
Nightingales are the complete opposite! Their management are always available and completely approachable, their carers don’t spend their whole time on the phone they listen and care for my Mother which is what they are employed to do! Very nice ladies who let themselves in with the key code but on occasions my car is on the drive they also knock and make their presence known before fully entering!
Great work Nightingales I’m so happy I found you!
It was decided that mum needed homecare after struggling to cope in her own home for several months. The Nightingales carers were lovely and very accommodating. They visited morning and evening and mum's needs were met efficiently and empathetically. Unfortunately, mum had a fall and eventually needed to enter a care home but l would certainly recommend this agency to anyone.
Always helpful on the phone.
Easily contactable and will answer or find out if they don't know the answer to a question.
Would recommend them to everyone I know.
Nightingales stepped in at very short noticed and provided excellent care for my 93-year-old father who suffers from acute dementia. As a new client, Nightingales initially provided extra resources to ensure his needs were fully met and quickly reduce the hours to maintain the necessary care required, which also helped reduce costs to the family. The team were extremely kind and considerate and highly recommended. Thank you.
The carers are considerate and willing to listen to what the user wants. Good time keeping, unless traffic intervenes! They do a good job at remembering everyone is different and anxious to look after themselves in their home.
