Nightingales Homecare we’re very reassuring when we made the decision to get home help for mum. They sat down with us and explained every step. Mum felt very valued. Mum absolutely loves her care worker, puts our mind at rest as well knowing she is so well looked after.
I found them easy and pleasant to talk to and we agreed that they could send a carer to my house in Woking within a few days.
Two carers came to help me on different days, both were willing to do as I asked and both clearly knew what was required.
I would recommend them in their response to my needs, they were easy and pleasant and I would certainly ask them for caring needs in future.
