Mark is one of the nightingale's Homecare company Directors. He alongside his daughter had a vision of providing the highest standard of care, ensuring person centre care, encouraging and promoting independence, ensuring clients feel valued and also their staff members fully valued. Ensuring the best possible training for all care staff, listening to their clients, and ensuring things are put into place as soon as possible. Ensuring a safe and well-led service.

Louise makes sure every client’s care plan and risk assessment is always up to date, giving families peace of mind that their loved ones are receiving the right care. She regularly reviews care packages and shares feedback with our office team, so that any changes or concerns are quickly taken care of. Thanks to her dedication, Nightingale's Homecare runs smoothly and safely, always putting our clients’ needs first.

Katie plays a key leadership role in overseeing staff rotas, ensuring they are accurately maintained to support effective client scheduling and optimal staff allocation. She takes ownership of the day-to-day management of office operations, driving the delivery of a safe, efficient, and high-quality service. Through her organisational skills and attention to detail, Katie helps ensure the service remains well-led, responsive, and client-focused.
