We found your staff to be very kind and caring. You visited us three times a day and always at very convenient times. The care ladies and the office staff were always very helpful. I really can't think of any complaints. Thank you all very much.
My father received excellent care from Saxon Care for around a year before moving into residential care. The office staff are professional, friendly, helpful and flexible and do their best to support you as a family member. Dad's carers were lovely people who took the time to chat to him (and me if I was there!) as well as care for his needs. He was treated with dignity and respect, but also with kindness, compassion and humour. My father was very happy with his care and will miss them!
