I had researched several care companies for some help for my elderly Dad and decided to go with Cream. Louise took our enquiry from the start and arranged for the care package to be set up, quickly and efficiently. Her knowledge an attention to detail was outstanding and she was able to make practical suggestions we hadn't thought of. The care staff attending were punctual, professional and approachable. I would very strongly recommend this company for anyone seeking trusted carers for a loved one.

Having Cream Home Care is the best thing. Staff are compassionate, caring, witty and always put my feelings and needs first. Both me and my husband are both under Cream and we wouldn't ever want any other company. We are both treated personally and professionally, with compassion and dignity always. We have different care needs and Cream cater for all that is needed. We get on with staff brilliantly and can have a laugh and chat. They are even compassionate when we are feeling down. We couldn't ask for a better company to come to our home. Five stars isn't enough for this company, as would rather be able to give a lot more stars than Five. Cream is the best company to have and I would definitely 100% recommend them to everyone.

I found Cream Care too late and only had the chance to use them for a few months before Mum went into hospital. But, unlike previous companies, Cream Care staff were reliable, punctual and really caring. They wanted to do a good job looking after Mum and were interested in her, as well as the wider family. The management took pride in ensuring we were satisfied and that everything was going well.

My mother-in-law is so fortunate to have Cream Home Care. Every member of staff treats her with respect and dignity. They all deliver individual person-centred care. The manager is professional and always on hand to discuss Mum's needs. Nothing is ever too much trouble, as she clearly wants to see clients and their families happy and subjected to as little stress as possible. I was so apprehensive when I knew Mum needed carers but from the first telephone conversation with one of the managers I felt at ease. The service Cream Home Care provides is first-class and 100% reliable, a lot of thought clearly goes into matching staff to clients. Every member of staff clearly demonstrates what the word care really does mean. My mum is treated with compassion, patience and dignity on every visit and it is evident that the carers are happy in their work which is a credit to the organisation.
