Brilliant caring staff who go above and beyond.
I would give then 10 stars for every aspect of their care.
They looked after my mum until she needed full time care.
I would 100% recommend Cream to anyone looking for care of a friend or relative.

I had researched several care companies for some help for my elderly Dad and decided to go with Cream. Louise took our enquiry from the start and arranged for the care package to be set up, quickly and efficiently. Her knowledge an attention to detail was outstanding and she was able to make practical
suggestions we hadn't thought of. The care staff attending were punctual, professional and approachable. I would very strongly recommend this company for anyone seeking trusted carers for a loved one.

We spent a lot of time searching for a company to provide care for our elderly aunt and we certainly struck gold with Cream. The care and support they provide is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they carry out their caring to the highest standard. The team soon feel like friends
as well as carers and they really do care. We found the App really helpful too, it enabled us to know how our aunt was at each visit.
We cannot recommend Cream highly enough, they carry out their duties with care, compassion and a lovely friendly attitude. Sincere thanks from a very greatful family.

First-class service from Cream Home Care. My mum is receiving excellent care from all team members. They are all so reliable and professional. During one visit recently the carer rang me to recommend that Mum should be seen by a doctor. She then waited with my mum until I could get to her. She was so
kind and supportive to my mum and also to me. Brilliant!
They are also very flexible and have accommodated extra visits for Mum as and when needed.
All visits are logged on an App which I can view easily to get an instant update on visits. This is so helpful.
I highly recommend using Cream. Give them a call, you won't regret it!

I used Cream Home Care’s services for just over a week to help care for my frail elderly Dad while I was away on holiday. I am happy to recommend and I will certainly use their services again.

when I met two members of staff for the initial assessment at my Dad’s.
My Dad was very unsure about having care at home but he was put at ease during the assessment and ended up being very happy with the care provided.
The whole team was lovely at what was quite a stressful time for us. They were friendly, understanding, and professional and put together a care package we were very happy with at pretty short notice too. What more can I say other than thank you Cream Home Care!

Mum needed home care when she was discharged from hospital. We decided to use Cream Home Care. We have been very happy with the care they provided.
The carers had problems with traffic due to road works in the area, however, they always phoned to advise of any delay and always arrived. They were friendly

and polite. If time was available during a visit, they would sit and talk with Mum for a while. Never rushing away to the next visit. Mum no longer needs care. We will use this company again if her situation changes.
We have no hesitation in recommending Cream Home Care.

Having Cream Home Care is the best thing. Staff are compassionate, caring, witty and always put my feelings and needs first. Both me and my husband are both under Cream and we wouldn't ever want any other company. We are both treated personally and professionally, with compassion and dignity always.
We have different care needs and Cream cater for all that is needed. We get on with staff brilliantly and can have a laugh and chat. They are even compassionate when we are feeling down. We couldn't ask for a better company to come to our home. Five stars isn't enough for this company, as would rather be able to give a lot more stars than Five. Cream is the best company to have and I would definitely 100% recommend them to everyone.

I find Cream Home Care to be an excellent service, nothing is too much trouble for them, the care staff are friendly and helpful. I don't have to worry about my mum as I know she is in very good hands with this company. Highly recommend. Five star service.

I found Cream Care too late and only had the chance to use them for a few months before Mum went into hospital. But, unlike previous companies, Cream Care staff were reliable, punctual and really caring. They wanted to do a good job looking after Mum and were interested in her, as well as the wider
family. The management took pride in ensuring we were satisfied and that everything was going well.

My mother-in-law is so fortunate to have Cream Home Care. Every member of staff treats her with respect and dignity. They all deliver individual person-centred care. The manager is professional and always on hand to discuss Mum's needs. Nothing is ever too much trouble, as she clearly wants to see clients
and their families happy and subjected to as little stress as possible. The care manager and her team really do make a huge difference to our lives. Thank you to each and every one of you who make up a first-class team.

I was so apprehensive when I knew Mum needed carers but from the first telephone conversation with one of the managers I felt at ease. The service Cream Home Care provides is first-class and 100% reliable, a lot of thought clearly goes into matching staff to clients. Every member of staff clearly demonstrates
what the word care really does mean. My mum is treated with compassion, patience and dignity on every visit and it is evident that the carers are happy in their work which is a credit to the organisation. The communication to myself and Husband is excellent and the difference these people have made to us all is unmeasurable. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Well done Cream.

Well, what an amazing service provider - could completely relax as I knew my mum was getting the care that we ourselves would provide should we not work during the day. Time spent interacting with Mum, understanding her needs and getting to know my mum.
