With 15 years of experience in Training and Logistics, this is a new challenge for me, turning my operations skills from transport to care. Hello, I'm Tom, I’m one of the Care Quality Supervisors at Alliance! I joined in June 2024, following a career in care that spans over 10 years.

I started out as a Support Worker in a Residential Home, supporting Adults diagnosed with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health. I have worked in various roles in my caring career as Senior Care Assistant, Senior Support Worker and Team Leader positions. I have also worked in the Community for Locala as a Healthcare Assistant.

I have a great understanding of all aspects of care, and I am currently learning my new role working for Alliance! I am passionate about mentoring my colleagues with the skills and experience I have gained throughout my working career in care and ensuring the service provides the highest standards of person-centred care.
