Since I am with this company my son's confidence improves with the help of his pa. He feels mere independent and protected. He treat my son like big brother. He always listens to him, looks after him with dignity and always respect his privacy and give him space to do what he can. I am so grateful that a company provided my son a friend a trustworthy respectful and very kind and never let him down. Honestly no words how great full I am that he is part of my son's life. He is very professional and same time very wise and noble and kind. He is an angel in my family's life. I hope it continues like this until my son's get better.

We used Roundhey Care after lots of searching, for a care provider that was very caring and listened to mums needs and ours as a family. The teams provided everything that mum needed. All the team were friendly, very caring, loved visiting mum and vis versa. Mums care lasted approximately 2 years she was 98 when it started mostly with help getting dressed in the morning and showers when needed. Her needs changed quite quickly towards the last weeks of her life and the team tried their best to provide, end of care needs as soon as required. I would definitely recommend Roundhey Care.

The manager and the team looked after my grandma in the last year of her life. All of the staff were very caring and friendly, going above and beyond to help out. They helped to ensure that my grandma was comfortable and happy in the last year of her life. The service from Roundhey has been amazing from the beginning. Friendly and understanding staff willing to go that extra mile to help everyone which really makes a difference. They have become an essential part of my grandparent's care.

Amazing, can not recommend it enough. With other providers issue after issue but with Roundhey Care, absolutely amazing from the start. Our meeting with the manager was wonderful and she was comforting from the start for the whole family. She put our minds at rest and instantly gave us a really positive feeling about the care our mother was to receive. We did receive the absolute best care and the care we wanted for our mother. I have had experience of NHS care workers with a grandparent and although they did their job well he never really bonded with them. My experience of Roundhey was the opposite. Right from the start, I knew that they really truly cared about my mum which was a massive comfort to me during a difficult time and also more importantly my mum adored her carer. They gave her ultimate respect at a time when things can sometimes be undignified. Not only did they care for my mum but also gave me support during difficult moments and helped me cope which was beyond the call of duty in my eyes. Reliable and very reasonably priced, in summary, I cannot recommend them enough
