Roundhey Care was created with a goal to be of the highest standard of Home Care.

The team at Roundhey care are long standing in the industry, they have a vast background and are passionate about ensuring that each and every one of the service users are looked after with the highest of standards.

Roundhey Care is a relatively small organisation in comparison to bigger franchised agencies, and it is maintained at this proportion to ensure that the standard of care is never lost. The team at each office are dedicated to ensuring that the service users under their care have communication throughout and that all needs are met where physically possible.

Roundhey Care was born out of frustration from what is currently available to the general public who need support in their home. The team are working hard to make a big difference in care and they hope that if you are considering care at home, Roundhey Care can be the ones who support you with this.

The ladies at Roundhey are a credit to the homepage industry. Nothing is too much trouble and everything they do is done with 100% professionalism and care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roundhey to anyone needing additional help at home for their loved one.

Since I am with this company my son's confidence improves with the help of his pa. He feels mere independent and protected. He treat my son like big brother. He always listens to him, looks after him with dignity and always respect his privacy and give him space to do what he can. I am so grateful that
a company provided my son a friend a trustworthy respectful and very kind and never let him down. Honestly no words how great full I am that he is part of my son's life. He is very professional and same time very wise and noble and kind. He is an angel in my family's life. I hope it continues like this until my son's get better.

Roundey Care stepped in when we needed them most. They are lovely kind people who genuinely care. My mum loves the continuity of care that is given and I love the peace of mind. I would highly recommend them.

We used Roundhey Care after lots of searching, for a care provider that was very caring and listened to mums needs and ours as a family. The teams provided everything that mum needed. All the team were friendly, very caring, loved visiting mum and vis versa. Mums care lasted approximately 2 years she
was 98 when it started mostly with help getting dressed in the morning and showers when needed. Her needs changed quite quickly towards the last weeks of her life and the team tried their best to provide, end of care needs as soon as required. I would definitely recommend Roundhey Care.

The manager and the team looked after my grandma in the last year of her life. All of the staff were very caring and friendly, going above and beyond to help out. They helped to ensure that my grandma was comfortable and happy in the last year of her life. I would recommend Roundhey Care for anyone

I cannot begin to describe just how fantastic Roundhey Care is. The manager and her team care for my father who has extremely complex needs. Some days are more challenging than others, but the team always take it in their stride and arethere to help no matter what. Roundhey Care cares about its clients
and goes above and beyond to make sure clients are comfortable and cared for. They are punctual, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable.
We are so lucky to have found them.

Amazing, can not recommend it enough. With other providers issue after issue but with Roundhey Care, absolutely amazing from the start. Our meeting with the manager was wonderful and she was comforting from the start for the whole family. She put our minds at rest and instantly gave us a really positive

I needed to put a care package in for my mum after a sudden downturn in her health and came across Roundhey care by chance. It was the best decision I made.
I have had experience of NHS care workers with a grandparent and although they did their job well he never really bonded with them. My experience
of Roundhey was the opposite. Right from the start, I knew that they really truly cared about my mum which was a massive comfort to me during a difficult time and also more importantly my mum adored her carer. They gave her ultimate respect at a time when things can sometimes be undignified. Not only did they care for my mum but also gave me support during difficult moments and helped me cope which was beyond the call of duty in my eyes. Reliable and very reasonably priced, in summary, I cannot recommend them enough

Sophia has over 10 years of experience in Domiciliary Care.
Having been a Registered Care Manager previously, she made the jump to begin her own Care company and Roundhey Care was born!
