I feel the team have adapted well to any changes, and they are helpful and informative.

I would definitely recommend them to the anyone needing help with end of life care or respite after a long hospital stay.

Very reliable and continuity of staff group. Provide excellent personalised care. Friendly and compassionate staff. Knowledge and caring. I was always kept up to date with any changes and my views and my mothers views were always taken into account

At the beginning I was worried, this was a new step on my life as someone will be sharing me looking after my wife , but with the experience of Home Care I felt relaxed even from early at the beginning, good and professional carers very helpful and understanding , considerate and cooperative.

I cannot fault the care my mother had in any way. The carers and managers were proactive in ensuring my mother had appropriate care as her health deteriorated. She enjoyed an amazing relationship with all of her carers, but really thrived on the continuity provided my her two main carers. Concerns or information was easy to report back, and the managers were available every single time I needed to discuss something. They were always approachable and helpful. I know my mother felt totally held by her carers, and during her last days especially, I felt totally held too. This time was challenging for all of us, and I often asked for the impossible. These challenges were met with 100% team work, and I will be for ever grateful for their kindness and compassion. Those carers put so much care into my mother's time with them. I couldn't have asked for more.

All of mums carers are amazing. They go way beyond what previous care teams have gone. They are so kind, gentle, understanding and very patient with mum. They chat with mum about things she is watching on TV. They always ask mum before completing a task. They are always happy to call me if I have asked mum to get them to call me(will be over something mum is confused or upset over but cant tell me over the phone) then between myself, the carer and mum we can figure out what the problem is and solve it. The visit reports are updated to an app so we can see in real time how mum is doing, which is a great comfort to me and the rest of my family. The team managers are amazing as well. Again nothing is to much. I can message them and they sort it. If I need to change the care plan in anyway no issue and will be done for the next visit. I am not sure what I would have done without this care team looking after mum. Would I recommend them HELL yes I would all day every day. Thank You

The care from the agency has been very good, and managers have always been very responsive to what my dad needs to adjust the service when required. The carers are kind and respectful, and always cheerful and positive with my dad, even when he wasn't feeling at his best. The service certainly helped him retain some independence whilst ensuring he had appropriate personal care. It was also helpful for me to have access to the daily notes of the care he received which I found very reassuring.

Evelyn is the sunshine. Only recently started and, have been a handful of times, lovely personality, caring, and friendly, already have a bond with her, Alice started yesterday she's just amazing. Already impressed with her noting my elbow, and hands, loves my cat, is happy seeing me, and hits it off straight away. 3 amazing carers. The manager is amazing. Always there to help & support me day & night in unearthly hours & calm my anxiety & PTSD the manager has helped me a lot. I've had a lot of care companies in 20 years. Bad care, average care, good care. This is an amazing care & amazing care company run by great managers with great carers. You won't get better care. I teach them, they teach me. We grow together. Love you all.

The carers and managers go over and above what we had expected. We are kept updated. One carer is a real credit to the company. All of the carers are extremely professional and caring. The managers have taken phone calls not only out of hours but also when on annual leave.

I am completely happy, there is no rush, and was always asked if is there anything more that can be done, at first I was against any care coming in at all, but now I'm glad I did, it has taken a lot of worry from her.

Have absolutely no problems with carers, they are always friendly and take their time always making sure my husband is clean and fresh, always chatty and nothing is too much for them.. they are on time with a smile on their face. In the short time we've had them we can't fault them. Very pleased we have CareUK Living.

It helps us as a family, knowing that our son is in the hands of such warm and attentive carers. It allows us to relax and have some respite. We are very happy!

Your care plan on the current app bears little resemblance to the original arrangements as discussed when originally put in place. Recent reports have mentioned the client being sad and the carer told her that she would inform her family, which has not happened. As we didn't get the reports very early it was not possible to make contact and reassure her. I know you can only do what the client will allow but as was said originally your carers can be very persuasive. I don't think they are aware that a lot of what is said to them is not true, especially about going to a care home. We are struggling at the moment with her taking tablets and hopefully, this will be changed soon as we are discussing it with her doctor surgery and I will keep you informed. She doesn't recognise the different carers that come and thinks they are the same person most of the time.

CareUK Living has been outstanding in taking care of my son. Their professional and dedicated team shows genuine care and support. My son is happy and well-looked after, thanks to their compassionate service.

Mum was treated with care and dignity by every member of the team, we looked forward to seeing them each time they visited. They were polite, courteous, attentive and provided the highest quality of care with impressive attention to detail. They were perceptive and sensitive in making conversation which was skilled. The manager was on call at all times, extremely helpful and swift to respond to any queries. A very professional provider, we are very sorry to see them go.

They are all amazing, friendly and so good at what they do. My husband is so much better with them around he is more chatty and engaged. These staff are a credit to the company as they work hard and have been a godsend to us.

Although we had a few issues to start with, when I brought them to the attention of a member of staff, in particular, they were quickly dealt with, Mum's main carer is polite and efficient and Mum likes her, they always leave everything tidy.

We are very pleased with the service that you have provided, all the staff were always polite, kind and caring and having an app to help keep track of Mum's progress was an added comfort knowing she's being looked after.

I have found that all of the carers who I have met, when at my mother's house, have been very kind, caring and polite, they are all very friendly and are willing to talk about Mum's needs. I am extremely pleased with the care and service they give.
