Enliven Social Care

Enliven is the first time we have had to use a Home Care Provider and as I live some distance from my elderly mother who needed care, I was somewhat anxious as to how well this would work. Well I need not have worried! Enliven were in constant contact with both my mother and myself ensuring visits were at the times we needed and whenever we had to change times due to hospital appointments etc they were always able to adapt to the different times. The carers that came to see my mum were always polite, kind and always checked to see if she needed anything else doing before they left. If we ever needed care again in the future I would definitely contact Enliven. Thank you.

Attention to detail , always made contact if for any reason they where running late , also the ladies where very kind and considerate when it came to myself, your ladies are a asset to your company

The high level of care that was given to my mum was outstanding,staff are so very friendly ,and caring,and my mum loved them ,they were always in touch with my sister and myself,and we had access to all mums care notes,would wish to have this care team again privately if we can,mum was so happy with them,thankyou for everything

We have regular team of carers for my mother in who is palliative care at home . All the carers are absolutely lovely . All very genuine and caring . Office easy to deal with and also met the owners who were lovely . Lucky to have found this agency . Have no hesitation recommending .

My wife was very fortunate to receive a six week support package from the NHS. At the end of about a five week stay in Hospital, following a serious fall. Included in that package was daily care provided by the company, Enliven Social Care. We have written these notes simply to say that every employee provided by E S C, were well trained, always positive, smiling and helpful, could not fault any of them. So much so, that we have asked E S C to continue to provide that care directly for us.

My mentally and physically disabled daughter, who is a young adult, has been supported by carers from Enliven Social Care for over a year. One key carer has been assigned to my daughter along with several other carers who attend regularly, which means she has an excellent level of continuity of care. This has provided me with the confidence to leave my daughter with the carers and know she is being well looked after and I am able to get on with my own tasks or enjoy some respite. I have been impressed by the detail of the care plan used, the willingness of management to be contacted, and kindness and compassion displayed by both carers and managers. I am able to use an app to see which carer is attending when and review the notes made by the staff. Staff turn up in an agreed time window, are polite, hard working and respectful of the client's dignity and property. It has been a daunting prospect opening up my home to carers, however they have made my life so much easier. Thank you.

Very nice company to work with, the admin team is friendly and flexible. Lovely carers, very kind, conscientious and caring. Sometimes language skills might do with a bit of improvement! but this is made up for by their big smiles and the incredible genuine love and respect with which they treat my mother. I'd definitely recommend this company.

I have been a senior nurse for over thirty years and am very aware of the difference between good and bad care and couldn't be more impressed with the two members of staff in particular. People can be taught how to provide care and a service but they cannot be taught the innate interpersonal skills and good humour and sensitivity that both these two have in abundance.

Very professional and caring, hard working always polite and friendly. Reliable, honest, very bubbly characters with good sense of humour, very trustworthy, clean and listen to every need. Truly recommend them.

This company are the best care company I have ever encountered. All the girls are professional and all the girls care from the heart which makes all the difference. They all still wear full PPE so I always feel safe and cared for. I love the girls dearly, they make a huge difference to my quality of life. I would never want another company around me. I get respect, they treat me with dignity and love.

Since my last review of this company the care provided to my wife has greatly improved. They still occasionally turn up late but they usually ring me to let me know when they are likely to arrive. At present I am very happy with the quality of the care they currently provide

Call times by the carers are usually good however on occasions the times are changed and we would prefer to be notified in advance when this is happening, as we could be going out.

My mums carer is second to none

We couldn't have been more pleased with the care that my father received from Regina in the last week of his life. She was absolutely brilliant in all that she did for him, and always with such care, compassion and kindness. She was just wonderful - thank you!

Being added onto their 'app' so that we can see the notes from the carers and the rota for the coming week has also provided us with really helpful oversight of what is going on for a loved one that we live too far away from to visit regularly.

On the whole, everything is OK there are one or two carers who are a bit rough and some are not as thorough as others. I'm also concerned about the time they are here as most days it is only 15mins never more than 30 minutes.

All of the carers are kind, caring, gentle and very competent. We were very apprehensive at first but the carers have made us feel at ease and always have a smile. My husband and I are very happy with the service.

I feel my mother would benefit from having the same person attend her, I know it is only two visits per week, but she tells me it is nearly always someone different. I realise my mum wants to remain independent and the care team are helping her to be able to continue living in her own home, which we both very much appreciate.
