Mum has a regular carer who is friendly, efficient, kind, helpful and willing. I receive calls if there are any concerns about mums welfare and messages are left by carers if anything is needed. I am happy that mum is well cared for. Many thanks to all involved in mums care. No hesitation in recommending Graceage Care.

Good communication is really important to me to ensure that my dad is being looked after as well as he can be in his own home. As he is less able to articulate his own needs it becomes even more key for me as his daughter to understand every aspect of the care he receives. I rely on lots of people to be my 'eyes and ears' at times when I can't be with my dad.

I cannot thank this wonderful team enough. The manager's excellent person, very patient with. She was and the supervisor as well. Both were a light in the end of the tunnel. They were listening to my concerns patiently. They reassured me that my mum will be well looked after and she is at the present time so well looked after by all carers. From the very beginning, every member of staff has treated my mum, us with genuine respect, patience and understanding. Today it was exactly what I needed from this lovely manager and supervisor. Thank you for everything you do for mum and us. We appreciate it.
