I am truly grateful for the wonderful care my mum receives. My mum now needs a lot more care than she did initially and Bela Home Care continues to meet all her needs in a caring and dignified way. It is such a relief to know that my mum is so well looked after and cared for.
I always look forward to their visits and would lost without their support and care
They take care of all my needs including medication
As my friend has no family living near by it fell to me as her power of attorney to manage her needs. I don't live local and was concerned about how I would manage. I needn't have worried I was put in touch with Bela home care by social services in October 2024. The care package they have provided is second to none. The carers are professional and show kindness and support at all times. The package of care provides her every need including personal care , shopping, meals, social outings, doctor and hospital appointments and house cleaning. The care package has been increased over the past 15 months as her needs have changed. Nothing is too much trouble and my friend values the help they give her and looks forward to their visits and is fond of them all.
My friend's independence living in her own home would not be possible without Bela Home Care. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Bela Homecare.
I cannot thank the owner/manager and her team enough for the kindness, care and support they gave to my father. Allowing people to look after someone you love very much can be very daunting and worrying but my father and I met the owner/manager in the first instance in his home for a chat and get to know the services of Bela Home Care. From that first meeting both my father and I knew that we wanted Bela Home Care to look after and support him with some of his needs. The care and compassion from the team not only was whilst my father was at home but even when he was admitted to hospital, the owner/manager took the time to go and visit him. It also extended to when my father sadly passed away and the owner/manager and my fathers carer asked to attend his funeral which I of course said yes to. I would highly recommend Bela Home Care.
The quality of care my mother receives is outstanding and enables her to remain in her own home. She is treated with dignity and compassion and he views are valued. Communication is excellent, and her regularly reviewed care package is customised to meet her needs. Not only do her carers look after her, but they also have fun - singing songs and chatting with her. The company is well-managed and any concerns are dealt with quickly. We can't speak highly enough of them.
Funny, how wrong they were as since using Bela Homecare there have been no difficulties with my dad. The four ladies who visit him take their time to reassure him and make him feel comfortable and at ease. As well as personal care they often make him tea and sometimes breakfast. They are certainly winning with their approach to caring for the elderly, they’ve helped so much and it’s relieved stress for me too. I’m so happy I found them.
Bela Homecare have been helping support my Mum with a couple of visits a week to help her shower. They have been really flexible and helpful in meeting her needs and I have been really grateful for their kind and professional support.
They re-order her incontinence pads from the NHS and also order her meds from her Dr’s, so these jobs are taken off my hands.
It is very easy to communicate with Bela Homecare if I need to. I receive an immediate response.
Shopping lists are left for me so I know what she needs.
When I was on holiday recently I sent an email every day and one of the carers replied each time on my mother’s behalf.
Before using this agency I had a constant headache with previous ones, including stealing, when I had to call in the police.
If it weren’t for Bela Homecare I feel as if I couldn’t cope any more and my mother would have to go into a home which she really doesn’t want.
