Initially we were concerned about getting carers in but have no complaints, just compliments and potentially our only regret is not getting them in earlier. I have no idea where we'd be now without them.

The support we have received from T&S has been exceptional, both from the carers and from the management. Mum's care needs escalated very suddenly and T&S were flexible enough to be able to step in and meet this need which made a difficult situation a little easier. We have two full time carers at night and one during the day and all the staff are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, helpful and above all, have treated Mum with compassion, dignity and respect. They do a thorough handover so there is a real continuity of care and whilst we have new faces, they are always with someone Mum knows. The team are cheerful, clearly enjoy their job and like working for T&S which speaks volumes in itself. Choosing carers is a difficult decision - you are taking a chance. I felt reassured from my first phonecall with Tina to discuss options and could sense that this is a company based on family values. I am so grateful for the service we have received and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Providing home visits for some time, carers are happy smiling individuals, prompt time keepers, and appear content with their working environment, with care and communication skills that make visits enjoyable for all. Recently shown skills with the use of mini hoist.

Managment is excellent and has promptly resolved any issues.

Mum came out of hospital after a fall and needed care at home. T&S Healthcare Services has been providing excellent care for the past month 4 times a day. The all-female service has been second to none. The staff treat my mum with the utmost respect, care and empathy. All the staff are very genuine caring individuals. Mum is really happy that she will carry on with T&S for her future care. Big shout out to the manager for always being on the end of the phone for any queries no matter how small.

Good care overall, had a couple of issues that were resolved promptly. The carers are all very friendly, also their timekeeping is good. We have used this care agency for a couple of years on several occasions.

Just wanted to say this agency has been fantastic for Mum, all the carers are really helpful and kind to Mum and very on the ball if they think anything needs checking out with Mum's health the management, are really switched on and very organised. I would recommend to anyone.

I really can't rate T&S Healthcare enough. The manager and her team are amazing and nothing is too much - they really understand what is happening and are very helpful. My partner is deaf and the empathy surrounding this is really good. The personal care is client focused and done with my partner in mind. The dressing is also done carefully. They are friendly carers that make you feel listened to all the time. This agency looks after the whole person.
