Mum came out of hospital after a fall and needed care at home. T&S Healthcare Services has been providing excellent care for the past month 4 times a day. The all-female service has been second to none. The staff treat my mum with the utmost respect, care and empathy. All the staff are very genuine
caring individuals. Mum is really happy that she will carry on with T&S for her future care. Big shout out to the manager for always being on the end of the phone for any queries no matter how small.

Just wanted to say this agency has been fantastic for Mum, all the carers are really helpful and kind to Mum and very on the ball if they think anything needs checking out with Mum's health the management, are really switched on and very organised. I would recommend to anyone.

Good care overall, had a couple of issues that were resolved promptly. The carers are all very friendly, also their timekeeping is good. We have used this care agency for a couple of years on several occasions.

I really can't rate T&S Healthcare enough. The manager and her team are amazing and nothing is too much - they really understand what is happening and are very helpful. My partner is deaf and the empathy surrounding this is really good. The personal care is client focused and done with my partner in
mind. The dressing is also done carefully. They are friendly carers that make you feel listened to all the time. This agency looks after the whole person.

I started in the care industry after leaving school. It was something that I wanted to do, and I spent many years in a nursing home as a carer working a varied shift pattern so that I could be with my growing family after school and at weekends. Over the next few years, I worked my way through various care roles at a local residential home eventually becoming the Manager. I then took on a more challenging role as Deputy manager at a home for people living with Dementia.


I had worked in DOM care previously and took my years of experience in both good and bad practices to work with T&S to ensure good practice with a team of dedicated skilled workers.
