Jag the care company manager is supportive, helpful and a true gentleman!

All staff that that come to the house were amazing very family orientated group was great with my partner (having care) and great with my daughter all were credit to the company would recommend 100%

Lady in the office also chased for medication that was missing from prescriptions ect took away alot of the stress from the situation

We needed a care team to assist my dad with his personal care for example, showering, eating, initiating medication and company, my dad has vascular dementia and cancer they are amazing, all of the carers where kind and compassionate to all of dads needs, the communication between all staff to us was fantastic, I felt dad was looked after. The manager Jag has shown empathy towards us as a family, these are hard decisions to make and always what's in the best interest of the person who receives the care and Jag understands our concerns, that makes this journey a little easier. Thank you compassionate care for your time and understanding.

The management team were really good too. I could discuss anything with them and their support meant that mum stayed living independently at home for as long as possible. Even though mum eventually moved to a care home one of the carers visited her there and the team have kept in contact with our family to see how mum was getting on. I'm so glad I chose Compassionate Care Tamworth, I cannot thank them enough for the care they gave my mum and the support they gave me.

I find them very caring and do an excellent job.

Mom had a few different care companies. Compassionate Care are the first to show they actually care about their clients and it shows in the way she is treated. They take time to sit with her and talk about her life and the music she used to like, and find it on their phones for her to listen to. They laugh and joke with her which makes her day. Mom really looks forward to her 3 visits a day. The whole company goes above and beyond from the carers to the office staff/managers.

It was a big worry for me to choose carers for mum, but so glad I chose Compassionate Care. I can not thank them enough for the care they have given mum, they are so thoughtful and caring. Mum looked forward to them coming to look after her. They always treated her with respect and maintained her dignity, which is important. She loved the way her food was always presented as she said it made her want to eat. They not only care about mums welfare, but also checking to make sure I'm okay and if I need them to do anything to make the stress easier for me. She had to be admitted to the hospital and they visited her, unfortunately as her care changed when she was discharged from the hospital but they still checked to see how she was. Once her care can go from the hospital appointmented carers, I will definitely be asking for Compassionate Care to look after mum again.

Day to day carer is wonderful in all aspects. She and my husband have a great rapport.
