Mom had a few different care companies. Compassionate Care are the first to show they actually care about their clients and it shows in the way she is treated. They take time to sit with her and talk about her life and the music she used to like, and find it on their phones for her to listen to. They
laugh and joke with her which makes her day. Mom really looks forward to her 3 visits a day. The whole company goes above and beyond from the carers to the office staff/managers.

My mom had 4 carers per day
There was always a lovely friendly hello on arrival from the carers
She was never rushed they listened to her making her feel comfortable
The team was constant so she really got to know the girls as they got to know her they took interest in her likes
& dislikes in her hobbies interests not just her personal care needed there was always conversation which was so important to her nothing was too much trouble all the girls are very caring friendly understanding and committed to there job
I felt confident that my mom was very well looked after
The management team I could discuss anything with them thankyou for the support you gave Us to keep my mom at home for as long as possible
Anyone who finds them self's in the difficult position that they or a family member needs home care Compassionate Care Tamworth will be great

It was a big worry for me to choose carers for mum, but so glad I chose Compassionate Care. I can not thank them enough for the care they have given mum, they are so thoughtful and caring. Mum looked forward to them coming to look after her. They always treated her with respect and maintained her dignity,
which is important. She loved the way her food was always presented as she said it made her want to eat. They not only care about mums welfare, but also checking to make sure I'm okay and if I need them to do anything to make the stress easier for me. She had to be admitted to the hospital and they visited her, unfortunately as her care changed when she was discharged from the hospital but they still checked to see how she was. Once her care can go from the hospital appointmented carers, I will definitely be asking for Compassionate Care to look after mum again.

Day to day carer is wonderful in all aspects. She and my husband have a great rapport.


Evening sitter is great


Relief carer is lovely but sometime
leaves bathroom untidy.

I would like to thank Compassionate Care Tamworth and all their staff for their love, compassion and professionalism throughout the servicing period regardless of how difficult my father in law was. The team demonstrated excellent support and care of duty not only toward my father in law, but the family
as a whole. They respected our wishes and routines that were in place prior to the service. This helped as it did not disturb my father in laws routines which had been in place for a number of years. They also respected his privacy and dignity at every stage.
As a result of the care and compassion they provided for my father in law would always look forward to the visits and continuously ask throughout the day when the next visit would be.
Once again we would like to thank Compassionate Care Tamworth for their love and support for my father in law and the family and would strongly recommend them to all.
