The Doting Carers

Excellent care and support.

I can highly recommend The Doting Carers who looked after my mother after leaving the hospital following a fall. The director's attention to detail in all matters relating to my mother was second to none, keeping us continually updated on any changes to my mother's general well-being, eating habits, etc. The members of her team were reliable and punctual throughout and made her life comfortable and dignified during the final few months of her life. The director and some of her team were even good enough to take time out to attend my mother's funeral. I'm very relieved that Doting Carers came to our rescue in our family's hour of need.

I couldn't fault the care that Doting Carers gave to my dad in the weeks before he sadly passed away. All the carers that we met treated my dad and all the family with the utmost respect and compassion during a time that was incredibly difficult and very upsetting for us. My family and I will always be grateful to Doting Carers for all their help and support and I know that they helped give my dad the best care that he deserved.

The staff have been generally great, management are on top of things, any issues are quickly resolved. Health and safety have been well observed and the care has been delivered well. Overall very pleased.
