I am so happy with the care provided by MH Quality care provided for my father. They are very efficient and professional. I am at ease when the carers come for my dad as I know he is in good hands-they are very patient and compassionate towards him, which is reassuring for me and my family. I would highly recommend this company for people in need of help with family members- they have changed our lives.

Overall Experience

We switched to MH Quality Care from another provider. The difference has been amazing from superviser visit and all the carers that have attended to my mom have been friendly, put my mom @ ease, but most of all are all highly trained and very efficient. Nothing is too much trouble, carers even washed my moms hair which was an extra touch we really appreciated. Mom is happy so we are happy.

MH Quality Care has been absolutely wonderfull in looking after my mum. The staff are always kind, considerate, and reliable - they've been punctual and truly go above and beyond in their care with looking after my mum. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

The service my husband recieves is first class, the carers are so kind to him they treat him with respect, they care, have empathy, and they don't rush him. They just have patience with him and are very caring. I have no complants I just wish I had them sooner, they are very respectful. Thank you for your very careing staff.

The carers have been absolutely wonderful. They have treated my mum with kindness, dignity, and compassion during such a difficult time. They are always patient, attentive, and respectful, and nothing ever seems too much trouble. As a family, we are so grateful for the care and support they have given us. Thank you for everything.

Hi! I've had a carer from MH QUALITY CARE LTD. They have always been there for me when I am ups and down and they have always treated me like a family and always been very supportive with bills and shopping etc etc. All my carers and the manager have been treated me like there own brother. I couldn't describe it how have they been fantastic and brilliant team supporting through out last 4 years and I been blessed with all my carers and the manager at MH QUALITY CARE LTD. Please always keep it up all your good work.

Very happy with the care they provide for my nan, very effective and understanding, carers don't rush and are very consistent with the timing and management team is always available when we call for anything if any issues management team always help to make sure my nan's care is not affected.
