I feel I was very lucky to have such a wonderful carer for two weeks, with a broken arm, being over 80 it would have been very hard to take care of myself properly. An absolutely first rate experience. Cooking skills tremendous, plus superb sense of humour.

Knowing Mum was so deeply cared for gave our family immense comfort and peace during an unimaginably difficult time. She is a truly remarkable carer and a credit to the agency. We will never forget the love, support and dignity she gave Mum until the very end. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I cannot recommend Homecare Ipswich highly enough. The live-in Carer who they provided was friendly and caring with a wealth of experience. Her cooking was second to none and nothing was too much trouble. She always put the client first which was evident in her actions and would not hesitate to contact me should any concerns arise. After I visited, I was confident that the client's needs were fully met. She became a friend of the family and along with the client, will be missed.

We are very happy with the quality of care my husband receives from Homecare Ipswich, they are the best company we have used in the past 14 years. We have two carers four times a day and they are cheerful, efficient and caring and they keep my husband happy with their teasing and joking. When you're bed bound, there is not that much to look forward to, so having a laugh and a joke lifts his spirits and stimulates his brain. Also, any deterioration in his health is discussed with me straightaway and we sort out what to do about it. They never rush, they do whatever needs to be done and leave the place clean and tidy. The office are easily contactable and work their socks off to see that everything runs smoothly, I would recommend them to anyone!

Home care is the best care agency that I have used. They are the best because they allow for individuality of the client, they are responsive to need and willing to be flexible. They are friendly and helpful to work with and provide good carers that give good quality care. They are willing to train carers to take on new roles particularly the more complex care needs. Should an issue arise they are supportive, caring and understanding and always sort it out promptly. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing company & care provider! We currently have carers visit from this company four times a day for my terminally ill mother. They are the best care providers I've ever come across. In particular I must mention a carer, what an incredible lady! So compassionate, positive, professional and she has made my family & mums lives much brighter with her visits. These carers never rush, they perform their duties to the highest standards and treat patients like their own family. I'm extremely impressed and grateful. Thank you - it's a testament to the owner and higher management!

We found carers to be friendly, efficient and caring. They did a good job looking after my dad, with him being bed-bound. They expressed concern when he refused to eat and made us aware. They showed patience with him when he was a bit difficult.

I cannot praise enough the care given to my late husband. During the last few weeks that he received care from A1, they were so cheerful and caring with him, much needed at this time. Nothing was too much for them. Always considerate and kind to me.

I can't thank the carers enough for everything they did for us. They made such a difference for my mum which meant we could care for her at home. They were very professional and friendly and my mum always seemed pleased to see them. They only cared for my mum for two weeks but we couldn't have coped for those two weeks without them.

Generally, the care package has been excellent when the carers that are well known to me attend and only drops when new and inexperienced carers arrive. The carers are always polite, efficient and amenable, wasting no time in getting me clean, dry and comfortable. They lift my spirit when I'm down and give me confidence when I attempt to walk.

You have been recommended to everybody I know, and I will never be able to thank you enough - on behalf of Mum and myself.
