Rainbow have been looking after my husband since his release from hospital with a stroke in 2022. They are very reliable and pleasant and have never let us down. The Manageress is very accommodating and goes out of her way to help. She arranged for us to have a firecheck in the home and puts on a coffee morning once a month for clients, friends and relatives. They all work very hard and my husband looks forward to them coming. They are also professional in that we have a monthly check or audit to see if everything is being done properly e.g. tablets administered correctly. I have recommended them to a couple of my friends.

Have used Rainbow over the past 3 years. Their carers have always been kind, considerate and understanding. When we needed to change the hours at short notice, they have always done their best to accommodate us.

The office set-up is professional, staff a pleasure to work with, happy to go the extra mile ensuring client satisfaction, resolving concerns quickly and effectively, always someone at the end of a phone for urgent matters. Communication between office and carers in the field is critical and this is achieved well. There is an app to track care visits. which I check when I want via phone or PC. The care plan is followed with attention to detail, treating my uncle with respect and dignity at all times. The timing of visits are consistent to plan and number of different carers not too many.

Their management keeps in close touch with how my husband is and has taken the initiative to contact other agencies on my husband's behalf, such as the GP, community nurses or speech therapy experts. Such support is invaluable. I have every confidence in Rainbow.

The Rainbow Team is a very caring team. They put their client's needs first. Their timings are generally very good and do let you know if they are going to be late. They spend the allocated time with my mum and don't rush her. The carers are friendly and have got to know my mum. Mum and family are happy with the care provided by Rainbow Home Care services.
