Overall Experience

The carers are amazingly supportive and always happy to help but management has a big issue with communication. Also, there is a problem with not having backup plans when sickness hits. So above all, the carers are amazing and deserve praise but the management needs to work on communicating with each other. I personally would not use this company again. I'm very disappointed as they were my hope of staying in the community and not back in care very sad that the company has got so big so quickly and they have not been able to sort logistics out. They need to sort this out and then they will be a great company. Until then, it's very poor.
