My experience using London Ondcare Services was great. Staff are friendly and support is always excellent.

My son uses the service for both at home and overnight respite. His carers are attentive, kind always treat him with dignity. They ensure that all his care need are met not only practically but holistically show support his overall wellbeing - communication with the team is successful. They are always approachable, and willing to help. I feel well supported by the service and confident that I can call on them if I ever find myself in a difficult situation or need support for my son. They are very professional and realistic service.

My daughter is in the care LOS on mondays when she is not at college. She's diagnosed with autism, learning difficulties and non-verbal. Staff always arrive on time, she is happy to see them. They communicate effectively with me and above all relate in a healthy, respectful manner with my daughter. Staff always communicate any observations to me. My daughter looks forward to them. One line, professional, caring, and reliable.
