Over two years of service to date all has been fault free all staff have been polite to mother & respectful of her home which gives her peace of mind. Also the prompt calls to myself from Kensington house should something be of concern . Which with her declining dementia helps me to be proactive to organize further help/ planning as required.with living over an hour away this is vital. As this results in more quality time doing things with mother rather than emergency after emergency when i am with her.saves us both being stressed. Glad this firm was available to us .God bless
Thank you for your positive review Michelle, of our services. It is lovely to hear what a positive impact the team has had to both you and your mum
My mum doesn't seem to report any problems, if she's happy am happy.
Staff who visit could wear a uniform, would help for security reasons and looks more professional.
Thank you for your review. I am happy to hear after the teething problems that your mums package of care is now settled, All carers are issued with uniforms, males a polo shirt and women a tunic, unannounced spot checks are carried out via our seniors every 3 months and no inconsistencies with...
We always seem to recieve the best care and attention from the carers who visit. There have been times wereby staff have been late and not notified us by this was soon corrected upon informing the relevent managers. Carer's are always pleasant and polite.
Thank you for your review, I am pleased to hear that your mums timings are now consistent with your preferences, great feedback regards to the carers being polite and pleasant, our aim is always to deliver the highest possible standard of care.
The care I receive is two visits each day to ensure that my medication is taken correctly as this can affect my health if it is not taken in the correct dosages and at the correct times. This normally happens without too many problems but there have been occasions where appointments have been missed or my regular carer has not been available.
