My sister and I cannot be more grateful with the care my mum has been receiving. We have been exposed to care by the NHS and there is no comparison. The level of detail as well as the constant communication really does put my mind at rest. We are really grateful and nothing feels like too much...

The manager and her team are amazing. She took the time to get to know my mum, her likes and dislikes and this was passed on to the carers. They really do look after my mum and chat with her, make her laugh but above all make her feel valued as they listen to her.

The manager and her team are amazing. She took the time to get to know my mum, her likes and dislikes and this was passed on to the carers. They really do look after my mum and chat with her, make her laugh but above all make her feel valued as they listen to her. There are only a few carers who visit my mum and this was important to us, that way she can get to know them and they get to know her. Nothing is too much trouble, we have access to the notes and the rota so we can see what happens each day.
I honestly can not rate them highly enough.

So professional and the staff are lovely, patient and kind. My dad was hesitant about having someone new in his home, but not anymore. The manager also helped us set up some financial support with the council. Thanks, Home Care Essex and thanks to two members of staff in particular!

The staff at Home Care Essex all believe in the same values as the practice manager, who personally interviews and assesses all Care Assistants to ensure that they have a natural compassion for others, and want to make a real difference in people’s lives.
All new staff begin their roles with the Skills for Care induction program, which enables them to begin working towards a QCF qualification in Health and Social Care. They also have ongoing training to ensure they are fully qualified to meet specific needs.
Care Assistants also need support, and we make sure they benefit from regular confidential supervision sessions, as well as 24/7 mobile phone access to an experienced member of the care team, so help and advice is always a phone call away.
